It's just one person saying this so it's not like they are planning to DESTROY USA.
No way in hell would I want to live in a world order by China/ Russia... That would be like living under Hitler...
Yes because nothing is worse than COMMUNISTS. God bless the USA.
Not a single one of those is what the US is known for... Europe is way better known for it's food, and although any country has its master chefs the average quality of food in the US is much poorer than abroad. Besides that, the US has done less for advancing the basis of science than many countries - some of "the US's" best scientists did not come from the US, they were from Britain, Serbia, France, Germany, etc. Once again, not to say the US hasn't done a lot for science, but to say that the US spawned the current era of science is unbelievably ignorant.
What do you mean the US isn't known for any of those things? America isn't know for it's technological innovation? Samuel Colt developing the revolver, the Wright brothers, Henry Ford, the Manhattan Project, NASA, DARPA, and Silicon Valley? Other Western countries may have developed technology, but America has significantly added to and popularized the technology. And as for most of our scientists being European in origin, your point? That's kind what America is about. A nation of immigrants. Bring your food and music, but leave old ass European politics behind.
Yes because nothing is worse than COMMUNISTS. God bless the USA.
I'm sorry but I do not want to live in a communist world order.
No way in hell would I want to live in a world order by China/ Russia... That would be like living under Hitler...
Say that to those who lived under his oppression They would punch you in the face
Aren't we feeling edgy today.
it's the truth
I'm sorry but I do not want to live in a communist world order.
They aren't Communist. [editline]8th August 2011[/editline]
in fact, i feel ashamed to have designated nationality and a flag fuck that shit
Tough shit.
I was always rather suspicious of Mr.Putin. I mean, lets think about it for a second, the man was part of the KGB from 1975 to 1992 Why would someone who was part of the Soviet Union's premier intelligence organization not wish for some sort of return to the glory days, where the populous was held fearfully in the all-knowing, ever-watching hands of the Комитет государственной безопасности (KGB, КГБ), and where they held all of the power?
Because he's not a James Bond villain.
No way in hell would I want to live in a world order by China/ Russia... That would be like living under Hitler...
Living under a Nazi world order would have probably been nice if you were: Caucasian, German, blue-eyed, blonde-haired, a follower of his cultish religion, a believer of Nordic Gods, hater of all inferior, a loyalist, an unquestioning pion, and above all, all of the above. So basically nobody in this forum meets all of those criteria, and if they did, they belong on that stormwhatever website v:v:v
Yes because nothing is worse than COMMUNISTS. God bless the USA.
Yeah, I think I'll keep all my materialism and my freedom.
Lol hey guys remember when that Russian scientist who works for an official agency said that volcanos will conveniently erupt across the entire US mainland? I can't help but draw parallels to this.
Yeah, I think I'll keep all my materialism and my freedom.
Yes because in Communism there's no freedom, absolutely none!
Wow. You actually swallow that pathetic "AMERICA = FREEDOM. FUCK YEAH" propaganda bullshit without even thinking twice. Christ, I thought that was only a stereotype of US citizens.
It is a stereotype, doesn't mean there aren't going to be people like that.
Wow. You actually swallow that pathetic "AMERICA = FREEDOM. FUCK YEAH" propaganda bullshit without even thinking twice. Christ, I thought that was only a stereotype of US citizens.
Sadly its true for a shit ton of people here, Hell, I want to leave this country, its full of morons.
it's always "a threat to the economic and political interests of the US and its allies" I don't give a fuck about the US, or it's allies No, seriously i'm tired of hearing this bullshit, the US doesn't deserve to be a superpower.
Who deserves to be a superpower? Switzerland? Costa Rica?
Yes because in Communism there's no freedom, absolutely none!
Especially when you're a country like Cuba, and big bad America has an embargo on you!
Who deserves to be a superpower? Switzerland? Costa Rica?
The Scandinavian countries. Germany.
Who deserves to be a superpower? Switzerland? Costa Rica?
The EU would make a powerful superpower.
Sadly its true for a shit ton of people here, Hell, I want to leave this country, its full of morons.
Intoxicated, my friend, I have more than once thought along the same mindset. I've thought it a good idea on several occasions to abandon the boat before it sinks. However. I also very firmly believe that you must be the change that you wish to see in the world, and this defeatist mindset that seems to be plaguing the American intellectual community is both infuriating and inflaming in that it further stokes the fires inside those of us who think that if you can't find good help (or politicials) it's up to you to get your hands dirty and start working for the good of many. I think I can change my nation, and with the help of others, we can do so much more. Fuck the idiots, fuck the ignorant, and stop complaining about the blatant idiocy of the system we seem to be stuck in. Do something about it.
The Scandinavian countries. Germany.
You can't deserve to be a superpower. That is my point.
The Scandinavian countries. Germany.
Germany already is a world power.
Yeah, I think I'll keep all my materialism and my freedom.
There are two differing definitions of freedom: In Western usage, this is usually taken to mean the freedom to do something - "liberation of action, power of self-determination, freedom of speech and religion". In the former Soviet lexicon it becomes freedom from something (e.g. from hunger, unemployment, exploitation by capitalist landlords, fear of attack, etc.)
Germany already is a world power.
I know. It's not a superpower.
You can't deserve to be a superpower. That is my point.
I guess. Those are the countries I would prefer as superpowers, though.
it's always "a threat to the economic and political interests of the US and its allies" I don't give a fuck about the US, or it's allies No, seriously i'm tired of hearing this bullshit, the US doesn't deserve to be a superpower.
Good that you have an opinion, but its kind of stupid.
Exactly, i don't give a shit about portugal shit politics good food though. in fact, i feel ashamed to have designated nationality and a flag fuck that shit
lay off the sugar, kid
Exactly, i don't give a shit about portugal shit politics good food though. in fact, i feel ashamed to have designated nationality and a flag fuck that shit
You should move to the US
it's the truth
Your opinion isn't factual, its just an opinion.
I know. It's not a superpower. I guess. Those are the countries I would prefer as superpowers, though.
I meant to say superpower. They've been the top exporter for a few years now. They are in fact one of the world's superpowers.
I meant to say superpower. They've been the top exporter for a few years now. They are in fact one of the world's superpowers.
Do you even know what you're talking about? The world has one superpower, the US, with China and a few other countries (not Germany, but EU is, if you count that) being potential future superpowers.
Do you even know what you're talking about? The world has one superpower, the US, with China and a few other countries (not Germany, but EU is, if you count that) being potential future superpowers.
Yes, it looks like you don't know what you're talking about though. You just said the world has one superpower, then listed a few other superpowers.
