Whatever happened to £30 games....
It is £30.
I miss the days of standard-priced new games.
Except $60 is starting to be the standard price. Not that I like that or anything. I wish that games would cost the same as new movies but oh well.
Why are you people still bitching about the price, 60 dollars is the new norm for big upcoming games how do you still not get this
The reason console game prices go up is because they have to pay royalties to the console manufacturers. In the PC version there are no royalties to be paid unless you use Steam, but then there are no discs to be printed and distributed. Honestly the PC yields the highest net profit. So everyone is pissed, myself included, that prices on the PC continue to go up arbitrarily.
It is £30.
It's 24£. :smug:

Its a great way to grab some extra bucks hoping for sheepish people to accept it without thinking about it. Don't forget the spiral effect where they then whine about lower sales if they make the game 60 Dollar/Euro (on digital editions no less, that need no physical media, no delivery, no factory) and slap extreme DRM on it in turn making it either even more expensive or even more restricted.

(Normal shop price for Xbox games) Dead Space for 210 Kr instead of 372 Kr. (Steam Price on the right in my own currency)
Don't forget that budgets for games have grown to be quite alot over the years.
50€ here but its way to damn expensive.Like almost all of the new games.
They already are in sweden.
No they're not what the christ
