Is anyone else disgusted when they hear kids pushing political views? Doesn't matter to me if it's a kid wearing a MAGA hat or a kid saying Trump's a cunt, I just want people to keep their children away from politics, they really aren't mature enough for it
Pretty much inevitable that parents will push their politics and religion on their kids, naught that can really be done about it ethically. It's what they believe is the correct way to view the world, and they'd naturally want their kids to be on the right path as well.
some middle schooler got in a fight with another middle schooler... let's be real here, this is the malign influence of george soros at work
Spooky scary semites, send shivers down your spine.
What I don't get is why the parents allowed (or encouraged) their kid to wear a MAGA hat to school. I get that Trump is the president but come the fuck on, influencing your child politically at such a young age is fucking disgusting. When I was 13 I was a petulant little shit who had no idea about any political spectra, and any opinions I had were bollocks and were not conducive to me becoming a good human being. Even now I barely fucking understand politics. Why would you politicize your child's life at such an early point in development? Especially one so tumultuous as the preteen years? Jee-zus christ.
at 13 i myself wasnt political but there were others who were and actually had their own opinions and shit. Don't just assume everything is some parental abuse or whatever, kids are smart.
So, he was suspended even though he is the victim? The fuck?
i was suspended for being a victim
I accuse people of posting content they seek and interests them the most. And just like them, I don't sit with a plan/goals that would constitute an Agenda. Just posting content I want people to see on here.
Aye difference being you post anecdotes about a random trump supporter getting attacked, while the 'other' side posts about the most powerful man in the world's blatant corruption, ineptitude and borderline mental retardation which will have direct negative repercussions of millions of people. You can't really compare the shit you post with the shit they post.
So, he was suspended even though he is the victim? The fuck?
"Zero tolerance policy". Basically if you were involved in a fight at all, just to make sure the school can't be held liable for shit, they suspend both parties.
:quotes: Those goddamn violent lefties! :quotes: :v:

Or where someone photoshopped his hands to be bigger? you're being disingenuous when there's dumb anti-trump stuff being posted too

Most of the stuff posted against Trump is legitimate, then some is anecdotal and irrelevant. Most of the stuff posted for Trump is anecdotal and irrelevant, then some is legitimate.
Welcome to American schools.
It is similar if not the same in Canada.
Well you keep posting the interesting articles about random people getting punched, and we'll keep posting interesting articles about the current administration so intent on creating a corrupt corporate oligarchy you'd think they were the world's most dedicated cyberpunk enthusiasts.
I just wish there was a completely different section for this shit. I'm not saying either side is wrong, but obviously the majority of facepunch hates Trump. That's cool I guess, everyone is entitled to an opinion. But I am honestly getting tired of "lol Trump can't read" and "ohhh racist facist islamphobics". Then everyone just jumps on someone the second they have a slightly different opinion. I miss the old facepunch. The one with the witty zingers and actually good threads. I used to enjoy browsing around and seeing what everyone had to say. Honestly it kind of bums me out. Now it's personal attacks, passive aggression, and cringy Trump hating. Doesn't it get old? Can everyone just like calm the fuck down?

I was liberal myself, but there were plenty of conservatives here who had some good arguments for some topics, that even changed my mind on a few things. The problem is that now, its not really "liberals vs conservative" anymore. Now its just sane people vs complete insanity and lies. I feel bad for actual conservatives, the ones (some of which are still here) that were for more state government, a conservative fiscal economy, less gun control, etc. And though i may not always see eye to eye with all those viewpoints, I saw those ideas built on some pillar of logic at least, and I could respect that. But today the GOP is all about revoking gay rights, banning abortion and sex ed, believing climate change is fake, and just complete nonsense. Its bad to call yourself a conservative because you'll be related to those morons now. Yeah, that really killed the atmosphere of debate here, because how do you have a reasonable argument with someone who rejects the basic notion of reality?
