Most, if not all people that would buy this (myself included) have many of the spare parts, and if not we just go to Cracklink (I kid, it's actually called Bricklink but whatever) and buy the parts we want individually.

I'd rather a bulk box though. that or, simply buy 2 store, 1 (assuming I had loads of loads of emone)
I have a room full of lego's from my dad+cousins+mine and its actually just giant plastic tubs full of the shit and i cant walk in there due to too many legos
