Don't be an asshole and get a bit of empathy. What if he couldn't afford it back in the day due to 'rainy days' and was planning on saving to get a pc and the game or something? It's easy to spoiler-tag something.
So forever, every story spoiler from every thing anyone might be interested in should be spoilered? Is it mandatory I spoiler tag Casa Blanca even though it's basically a known trope? What about the X-Files, a 14 year old and now renewed series? Is it spoilering if I talk about a series that you've had a chance to watch for 14 years? How far does that kind of empathy go? I think 3 years is a long enough time for spoiler tags to not be used anymore, how far do you think it should go [editline]7th November 2015[/editline]
It's literally such a shit plot that nobody should care about spoilers anyway
also this you can get a better plot out of most saturday morning cartoons, the villains are pretty similar overall. "you'll never defeat this hellrift nephalem" *Defeats hell rift* "Well no matter, You'll never defeat the next hell rift!" *Rinse and repeat* "No matter, you'll never conquer my next challenge!"
i've not seen casablanca or x-files yet and i don't know anything about their spoilers and i would like to not get spoiled on them. the whole "you've had the chance" thing is silly, sure i've had the chance, but what if i only recently gained an interest in black-and-white classics? or what if i only recently started watching old TV shows? is it my fault for not being interested in those things earlier? what if i'm vaguely interested but have many other things i want to do as well, am i not interested enough to deserve not getting spoiled?

Some people are so bad with that shit it's like tumblr trigger queens. One guy seriously told me off for """spoiling""" the end to the Edd Ed n Eddy finale movie. Deckard Cain dies, RIP, it was only a big deal to someone who has played the Diablo series, and if you haven't played Diablo 3 by now you probably don't care, and wont.

Or would you just walk away? Should they know better than to talk about media in public? On a forum, should every post involving potentially spooling bits of media by spoiler tagged? Then how do you know what to read or not? How can you even begin to talk about things if you're that afraid of the world? The journey is what matters to me, not the destination, spoilers rarely bother me but even if they did, I'd just do what I always do, stop reading I don't see why it's upon everyone else to save you from spoilers of all things
So if you were say on a subway, and heard people talking about a film, would you tell them to stop? Or would you just walk away? Is there a limit? Seriously, you believe everything should be spoiler tagged? That's ridiculous to me.
diablo 2 was incredible. this just reminds me of how much a disappointment 3 was
after a certain point, after a certain length in time, then I think it's ridiculous to ask people to spoiler it just for you
it's not just for me, it's for everyone who hasn't seen said piece of media already sure, there's a level of "common knownledge" where you don't need to spoiler something anymore, like darth vader being luke's dad and soylent green being people, but there's no "hard limit" to it, that's down to your own discretion i don't see how it's unreasonable to write 9 extra characters into a reply so that some people can enjoy a story in its entirety as it was intended

Luke being vaders son isn't a spoiler even though it's a critical plot moment and tons of people have never actually watched the original star wars? See, so it's about you after all because that to you is "Common" enough that you wouldn't require it. You said there's no limit, now you have a caveat. I don't see a need for it after a certain point what so ever, for anyone. I don't expect people to make a whole lot of accomodation for me, even if I do so for others because the world sucks. I don't see why a 3-5 year old story has to be spoilered.

And what if people don't click because they don't know what they know or don't know in relation to a black bar? People misuse them all the time, I can't see over using them helping either
but any thread about media would just be littered with them then
that already happens, though having to click a post to read it or having to write 9 extra characters into a post isn't exactly a big effort
that already happens, though having to click a post to read it or having to write 9 extra characters into a post isn't exactly a big effort
In a lot of threads with spoilers, I'll just read them anyways because half the posts that have shit spoilered don't need it, and the rest of them have stuff I don't want to read, but I'll still have read it because huge blocks of text being spoilered is ridiculous. if people used spoilers specifically how you're saying they would, maybe, but they don't.

Cain dies Belial lord of lies is a terrible liar Diablo has titties There, that's all the spoilers in the entire game.

Way to hijack the thread, fellas. Good job. No Warcraft IV, no game, Blizzard.
STARCRAFT CAT AND MOUSE STARCRAFT CAT AND MOUSE
Macro is fine. There's nothing wrong with allowing more actions that benefit the player, that's what made SC1 such a great showcase for player's talents. Mutalisk stacks both benefit and hurt the stacker. Corsairs fuck up stacked mutas, as do valkyries and irradiates.
True, but my apm isn't that high so I get fucked. oh my god imagine all these millenial fucks who haven't played WC3
oh my god imagine all these millenial fucks who haven't played WC3
you mean the same ones that played dota enough to merit it being a standalone genera of games?
you mean the same ones that played dota enough to merit it being a standalone genera of games?
wat they wouldnt be playing dota on wc3 if they were millenials and i mean proper millenials born 2000+

I personally hope that they update the UI for starcraft as well - like selecting more than 12 units.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennials [editline]8th November 2015[/editline] your definition of millennial is wrong
irrelevent post i just told you what my definition was
I personally hope that they update the UI for starcraft as well - like selecting more than 12 units.
This. I cannot stand being able to control only 12 units at a time. I mean AoE II let you do up to 30 IIRC and C&C let you do as many that you could fit on your screen.
