GLaDOS-chan, clearly.
It's not -chan, the suffix you use for mascots is -tan. There's a difference.
It's not -chan, the suffix you use for mascots is -tan. There's a difference.
Shows how much I know about japan and their name endings.
We already have gaben???
We need a moe chibi Gaben-kun.
Adorable.
I can't tell if that's supposed to be a blush or some artifacting
Something low res with pointy edges and low poly
That somehow manages to look better than everything else with fancy shaders and lighting

It actually doesn't look too bad, but it just seems silly to make it a mascot of anything.
Ni**a dis thread be kawaii as fuck, G
You know I dig anime and all that but I really don't see what she has to do with Unity at all. Except for that teeny tiny Unity symbol on her tanktop I guess.

I don't mind it that much, mascots and visual representations of certain softwares are a nice feature and adds a lot of identity to the product. Unfortunately anime is a pretty subjective art style compared to other logos from coporations, they're usually very abstract and simple. Actually I really do like if people try to give their product some sort of identity, although this girl isn't a good example for unity. Unity was always a box to me.
I can't tell if that's supposed to be a blush or some artifacting
That's definitely artifacting, blushes like this are horizontal lines.
Anime (style and art) is making is influence in the western world. You can see it in some cartoons.
i think this was modeled by some dude who made vocaloid append models for mmd
