Honestly, a couple small to medium scale attacks on western nations are way less terrible than what ISIS is doing in the middle east.

Seems like US needs a greater threat than ISIS
I can tell they've been playing too much Paradox games anyways let's just hope these guys are wiped out before they gain any traction, seems like they're more interested in destabilizing regions than forming a caliphate or whatever
Yeah, but in that case they involve us directly, so...
So what? Even a major terrorist attack on western soil is still a lot less bad than what Iraq would go through on an average week, and that's pre-ISIS times.
ISIS? no, its super-ISIS so when can we seriously agree that the longer the syrian war rages the more fucked up the entire world will be and we can finally get an international coalition to go in there and put things to rest?
To what end? Say you go in with a 100,000 strong force and wipe the floor with them. Well congratulations, you've set the ground for the next bitter anti-west group to appear. Violence does breed violence. If we want longterm results, we have to do more than kill.
So what? Even a major terrorist attack on western soil is still a lot less bad than what Iraq would go through on an average week, and that's pre-ISIS times.
Really? Its not nearly as bad in the middle east as its made out to be. We have more deaths from gang violence here than terrorism there, its just you dont hear about it because its so common.
Next up we have comparison charts for rebels to choose which terror-state fits them better :v: "Well ISIS gives you more money but Khorasan gives you a nicer sleeping place."
Second video of ISIS hostage John Cantile is released, He criticises the US Airstrikes in it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-29323283

That's an average of two attacks per week; thirty eight deaths, for seven years. We had what, one attack with 3.000 deaths one year followed by nothing for thirteen years?
Look at all the scary Arabs, folks! Now, if you'd just put some money in the drone jar, you'll be able to go back to your homes once Officer Landsman has finished wiring up the cameras.
We should host a Hunger Games esque event where all the current terrorist groups fight it out to reign supreme.

Just because they like to blow themselves up doesnt mean its worse over there
Do you actually think 14,000 deaths is anything compared to the number of people killed from gang violence here?
No? I say current terrorism in the middle east is worse than terrorism in the west will ever be.
Their terrorism is comparable to the gang violence here Just because they have a cause doesnt mean that they're any different from gangs, and thus can be compared to them
Their terrorism is comparable to the gang violence here Just because they have a cause doesnt mean that they're any different from gangs, and thus can be compared to them
Hardly. Gangs generally fight other gangs in gang-related acts of violence with comparatively low chance of innocents getting hurt outside of crossfire. Terrorists just blow random folks up for the shits and the giggles.

Gangs kill people who stand in their way just like terrorists do, therefore they are similar. And yes, gangs often do kill bystanders.
Except rarely do gangs want to destabilize countries and force their ideas.
They have different end goals, but their methods are the same
They have different end goals, but their methods are the same
Yeah, I do hate when them cribs and bloods fly planes into buildings, blow up subways and busses and perform random assassinations on streets.
Yeah, I do hate when them cribs and bloods fly planes into buildings, blow up subways and busses and perform random assassinations on streets.
The first few are rare for both, and the last one is actually fairly common
