Honestly, when you look at it analytically, the Batman universe is filled with some pretty heavy shit.
Especially if you get into 80s Batman. He had no problem at all with killing people.
The "no killing" rule started with TAS, for obvious reasons.

Well, on the bright side (as much as there can be a bright side to an innocent kid killing himself, that is), at least it wasn't another mass shooting. Hell, those seem to have died off, for now at least.
sleeveless shirt really
So what side of his Two Face costume did he shoot himself on? That could be a clue as to his motive.

If this were english class and the suicide occurred in a novel it could be, but seeing as he actually killed himself in real life I highly doubt it. When you're killing yourself you're not going to leave subtle hints and clues as to your motive, the fact that he was bullied should have made it pretty damn obvious what his motive was.
Wait...

you'd be surprised
And nothing of value was lost.
Reminds me of Ken Park
Annoys me how school officials usually advice the kids with situations like these.
- You should just ignore your bully.
- We've heard that you have been bullying, could you please stop with it, your behavior has made a student a bit upset.
The truth is that violence is the key.
Was for me at least in junior high-school.
Nobody wanted to bully me after I dodged this one guys ninja-kick and gave him a right hook to the ribs.
People must have very empty lives to actually go this far over being bullied. While it's borderline impossible to ask for help let alone get any (only in the situation could you understand this), it's not that hard to take it under the chin if you have something to fall back on, such as a hobby or genuine friends.
My condolences however
