Hey, where I went to school, 15+ age, kids were being bullied. So I guess it happens everywhere by your logic.
You can't over generalize an entire country's problem based on what you saw (or didn't see) in high school.
North America is not a country.
Civilized people respect their fellow man, I guess your part isn't civilized.
There's this one kid who gets bullied at my school, but he kind of deserves it. He threatened all the black kids by saying they were a "dirty race which deserved to die." And this weekend he got drunk off 4 generous shots (he's 100lbs) and he ripped off his pants flashing his dick to us. Told a girl to get in bed and take off her shirt so he could see some titties.
I don't think he's bullied enough to the point of suicide. This movie should be rated PG-13 for middle schoolers to see. I'm not gonna lie, middle school was a shit time for me. Some of the kids are so desensitized at that age that they might laugh at this movie. They sure as hell made fun of the special education kids at my school.
Title really need to be fixed, I thought NATO was threatening a bombing via C-17s
Where was all this anti-bullying stuff when I got my nose smashed in by textbooks?
Every time a kid takes* his own life or turns to destructive habits as a means of escape, the rest of us fail. We're all Brothers and Sisters. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, brown, skinny, fat, small, tall, rich or poor. We all have something to offer. We all have dreams and aspirations. We'll never know what the young boy in that grave could have become. That he and others are allowed to get to a place where death seems like the only option, is surely one of our greatest failures

That is just dumb. There are cases of 'civilized' people bullying others. Being civilized doesn't equal good or one who respects another person. And its true, you over generalised the entire north america based on your experience in school. Be grateful that you aren't a victim of bullying over in 'civilised land' there.

I guess the headline is misleading if it is longer than two words. I'll try to compress it for you guys next time.
I felt very misled after reading the title and then reading the article!!! Please fix this Lambeth!!
Can a mod change the title to BULLY MOVIE SAD?
This should be unrated (not in the 'XXX Extra-Tits edition' sense) So it is available for everyone to see it.
I have been a victim of bullying, when I was new to my homestate, eventually I got fed up with it I started bashing the kids head into the desk. His parents tried suing mine for assault, but they dropped the charges on the notion we would move school districts. Not all kids can stand up to the bully/ies, and when people say stuff such as "Well, just kick his ass", it's not easy for the kids.
Taking your life is never an option, and we honestly should be taught better anti-bulling in school.

ER medium lasers. (I believe Green means they're Extended Range)
I've been bullied by fucking teachers. When even the ones you turn to for help are shitting on you, you really have nowhere to turn.
Please tell me those teachers got fired
The rating is irrelevant really. If they get the word out, and gets hype (Which i believe already does) then the target audience will find a way to see it. They always do. Plus anytime someones says "This is not for children under 17+" Said age group goes "I should go see that" due to that anti-authority that comes with being a teen
Please tell me those teachers got fired
They quite often do, the board that police's teachers is much better then how principles/ teachers handle bullying. If parents file a complaint about it then said teacher gets investigated by people who are very good at their jobs.
tl;dr you complain about teachers and they get chewed out bad or suspended.
Yet when kids turn to principles / teachers THEY end up getting in trouble or told they are just overly sensitive. Which has pushed some kids to do very insane things....
