Sadly she does deserve it, a contract is a contract. Unfortunately when it's a hilariously large contract full of legal jargon it certainly doesn't make it acceptable. The whole legal system needs a reform so that the average person can understand contracts, laws and bills in english.

Well, that is why you are supposed to read, and have a good understanding of what contractual agreement you are signing into. Companies don't make these things for shits and giggles.

You put a contract into layman speak, it'll be twenty pages longer that it is already. Not to mention, anyone who has passed middle school english should be able to thoroughly understand the wording.
