Looks like they're not the only bad apple here.

Did you really need to do this, my god.
Fuck off Viacunts, fucking stupid organization.
When ever I hear Viacom I always think of this

Come to think of it Viacom does sound like a fucking evil company name in some dystopian film.
I wonder if my videos can be taken down. Christmas tree decorating has christmas music in the background (oh no, holiday spirit, must be removed!), or my unboxing of Skyrims Collector Edition for showing footage of a game barely out of it's case!
Viacom and all them claiming copyright infringements really don't give a damn about the people. It's unfortunate.
Fucking SOPidongiveAshit
These are the endtimes my friends.
Until SOPA is banned by the supreme court for infringing the 1st amendment.
Doesn't matter whether SOPA is banned, they'll just be pushing another legislation aiming to do the exact same thing within months.
Makes me glad i upload most of my shit to Vimeo instead of YouTube.
Also my account got a strike because i put the theme song of Skyrim on YouTube 1 day before its release, the song was then already published by Bethesda..

Also, here is a GIF from Miyamoto that was also removed

Wait, I'm a bit confused here. Sony made a trailer and uploaded it and Viacom claimed copyright infringement?
That's fucking ridiculous.
Wait, I'm a bit confused here. Sony made a trailer and uploaded it and Viacom claimed copyright infringement?
Yes
Viacom owns the colour lime green and the trailer had some lime green pixels
or something
Viacom; Single handedly ruining YouTube by the hour!
They should be renamed to Viacunt, suits them better.
Viacom owns everything, don't you know?
This isn't even reflective of Viacom. It's reflective of Youtube's absurdly easy to exploit practices for taking down videos. It's not Viacom's fault that anyone can send in a bogus claim and get a video taken down.
rofl
how the fuck does it even have anything from Viacom?
Viacom pulled Meet The Scout off Valve's own channel once.
I still wish Valve sued them for that.

Haha, for what reason?
Haha, for what reason?
because Viacom are dickbags
Haha, for what reason?
They claimed it as their own content.

wait what how
my mind can't comprehend
wait what how

Either it had something to do with how it was released, Viacom thought that they remixed a song they have the rights for without their permission, or some Viacom YouTube patroller just got a little too trigger-happy.
wait what how

Well yeah, I was wondering what part of it they could possibly think was theirs.
Do you guys ever wonder what life would be like if congress or any members of youtube (this includes the users) as well as anyone in the industry of stupidly removing things from the internet, had been given all the oxygen to their brain as babies?

Just like apple, they patented the colour blue and red. Oh and brown.
So when is Viacom patenting light λ=(400,700)nm?
So when is Viacom patenting light λ=(400,700)nm?
I work for viacom and we are suing you for infringing on our intellectual property rights. I'm also gathering that at this point, due to the use of light from the sun, we are owed all the money on earth
I remember uploading some of the "meet the *class*" videos on youtube a few years back. Viacom immediately went ape-shit on my account. Seriously, something needs to be done about these cunts. I'm so sick of seeing them claim that they own every fucking thing.
λ
You are under arrest for violating Valve Software's registered trademark
Just remember, if SOPA passes, then shit like this happens internet wide, and the entire internet becomes like Youtube when it comes to banning stuff.
We wouldn't have to worry about this kind of thing, except for the fact that the US government appears to be run by corporations. I'm going to be extremely disappointed tomorrow when it gets passed.
