Yes, but few people have been screaming about it, so whatever.
If they plan to blow up Seoul, that's pretty like signing their own death sentence.
What about all those cilvians that live in South Korea that could lose their lives, and homes if North Korea takes hostile action. Also all the neighbouring countries, that would be effected negatively due to this conflict. Sure NATO would come down on NK, but a lot of people will die if the War starts up again.

I hate to do this but your spelling of "neighboring" countries is just too bad. :/
And now people are getting concerned for their safety. About time too, I've gotten tired of people laughing this whole deal off. An army is still an army, and threats are threats.
"lol usa will bomeb dem an murca will b bictorisus"
I feel like a dick saying this, but this 'cockwaving' NK has been doing is the same for USA aswell. "Lol, you wanna bomb us? Have fun in your nuclear shelter for the rest for your life, you tiny hungry fucking rat".

Whoops, sorry I'am typing this on my phone. Will fix it now.
Actually think of it like this. We have 30k troops over there. they have 2.4m. We can't hold them off, It'll take possibly weeks even with air superiority to just get there. By the time we get reinforcements, yes, the war would be won, but with most of our troops killed or destitute. That's if they brute their way down there, which is most likely given the mobilization they've been doing recently. count in the SK army, we have around 750k. people don't seem to understand a weapon is a weapon. it can still kill even if it's not new, or even if it's not the best. Hell there's a ton of weapons from the Taliban that are from the 1940's but they still can kill or maim. It's best not to underestimate them when it comes to pure military power.
Bullet proof wests, much better information infrastructure and organization is important, though. And planes aren't just planes, and tanks aren't tanks. And training means a lot, without even talking about supplies and infrastructure. NK might do some initial damage, but they wouldn't be able to keep it going for that long. We might end up with a situation akin to the one in Afghanistan with guerrillas running around, but I don't think the official government will keep up for long.
If you're going to be preparing for a future hypothetical EMP get a Faraday cage. Lead won't do dick.
i tested it, my cellphone didnt fry when i fired a Magnetic pulse to in when it was in a 5 CM protection layer
edit: a Faraday cage works by making a Counter magnetic field, almost all Metals have got the same property
i used lead because it was easiest to get from some family, and other metals are not tested yet, but the lead is in place and it works strong agains a Magnetic pulse that would destroy Car electronics
weirdo
that hurts my feelings, but at least i am protected against most Human made Disasters
leel
Sorry to say man, but an EMP isn't going to be stopped by lead, an EMP will still effect your electronics because an EMP induces a current in wires, so your shit's still gonna get fried.
i think you dont get it, the lead covers almost the whole housing, 1 layer of 5 CM in the outerwall, 1 layer of 5 CM covering the Electronic room, and 5 CM covering the casings.
and the lead makes a Magnetic protection against the EMP.
just a quick question for you, are you good in Science?
and all electricity is made in my home, as i dont trust electronic companies
i have a quick question
are you trolling or just retarded?
neither -_-
but i am a known "retard" under my friends
neither -_-
but i am a known "retard" under my friends
Not hard to see why.
