Too bad he didn't shoot any of the fuckers before they got him.
If he fired at the SWAT team, the killing would have been justified and we wouldn't be here talking about it right now.
American swat teams need to be castrated before signing up because they are literally the alpha douches in the douchiest country on the douchosphere.

I work for the FBI detecting baseless claims on the internet.
This is another of them
Police assaulting or killing someone unjustified should have the same punishment as a civilian doing it, string all these swat retards up on murder and give them 20 years.
jesus christ for a highly trained branch of the police force they sure do lack restraint
if he was pointing the gun at them and yelling or something I guess you might be able to understand it, but I doubt he was that aggressive, I mean I know that a lot can happen in the heat of the moment in these kind of raids but this kind of shit seems to happen inordinately often
that said I find it hard to believe he wouldn't now it was the police, maybe it was an error of judgement that he decided to carry the gun, or just instinct (he was in the marines after all), I mean I doubt it was to protect anything incriminating considering the most illegal thing found in his house was pot
They found NOTHING in his house.
Ex-marine = potentially dangerous.
Police with no severe punishment for doing shit like this = dangerous.
In hindsight, to be perfectly fair, it probably wasn't a good idea to be brandishing a rifle in the faces of the officers who ran in the house either...
In retrospect they should have fucking announced themselves the second they stepped over the boundary of the house, multiple times, you don't set up a raid without a cordon around the area in case any one runs, so announcing your presence isn't an issue.
This was a tremendous fuck up and there is no way to defend it, the SWAT team fucked upm badly, and now that kid has to grow up without a dad, who most likely managed to survive a tour to come home to his wife and kid to look after them and then he gets fucking shot for trying to defend them from unannounced cockheads with guns in his home.
I help train SWAT teams.
Pretty sure being on the other ends of their weapons during training as both a combatant and non-combatant would allow me to determine how good their fire control is.
But yeah go ahead and tell me my claims are baseless.
Dude that's fucking nothing, I taught Churchill how to cap a bitch at 50 metres right between the eyes with that Browning High Power of his.
I hate these swat raids sometimes.
This reminds me of this

Swat enter house, kill the family dog just because it was barking then act like everything was ok.
My stomach just hit a pit as soon as the dog yelped in pain. Then those next few shots...and the dog went silent.
I take looks at LiveLeak to get a good idea of real things from the actual front, but sometimes it seems better to not know.
But seriously, unjustified killings by police, hell ANYONE working with weapons, should be punished as hard, if not harder, than what a civilian would get.
