I wouldn't call the skin rough or wrinkled or anything, but elbow skin is the closest word I could think of. The pigment and coloration of the skin has often in my experience been similar to an elbow, with some patches lighter and darker (usually lighter approaching the head, a bit dark approaching where the skin was cut etc.)
I would definitely not say the ones I have had experience with are as smooth as a uncircumcised penis, though. This goes mainly for the head, but the upper shaft, where there is a lack of skin, tends to have had a lot more contact with fabrics than that of a uncircumcised man. This leads to the aforementioned slight discoloration, and leaves the skin being a bit harder or rougher.
The glans/head itself is actually a lot less smooth for the vast majority of circumcised males, which is what leads to the perceived lack of stimulation. I believe the term is Keratinised?
But yeah, I meant elbow skin more as a indication of discoloration and not the physical wrinklyness.
Also, the "wrinkly foreskin" becomes a non issue for a lot of men when erect, as the foreskin is pulled taut etc. I've seen uncircumcised men that appear almost circumcised when fully erect, but without the discolored glans or slightly scarred shaft. That being said, scarring is apparently not all that common, but the majority of circumcised shlongs I've had the good fortune of seeing have had it to some small extent.

what the fuck
It shouldnt be legal to perform cosmetic surgury on infants.
I think that's a valid belief. i don't think infants should be subject to surgeries like this if not for reasonable medical purposes. You're not giving them a choice in something that directly affects their life, and are potentially harming them and their future relationships.
This kid is going to grow up and wish to the high heavens that he was given a choice later in life, but nope.
I wonder how many circumcisions would be performed if it was provided as an option once the kids were like 18 years of age. My guess is substantially less than the current numbers.

Its okay to be a whore, since you're like a dick scientist.
What a rip off.
Its okay to be a whore, since you're like a dick scientist.
How am I a whore? I've only had sex with three different guys.
How am I a whore? I've only had sex with three different guys.
Sucking 37 dicks.
Sucking 37 dicks.
Well, yeah. But I only had sex with three of them, like I said.
although it is a heavily ingrained tradition in the US; why the fuck isn't circumcision illegal?
you're performing a non-essential surgery purely for looks on a fucking baby. why is that ok?
(oh i guess it's because of religious rights, but come the fuck on.)
edit:
and i know there are cases where an circumcision is required (ie too much foreskin etc)
Well, yeah. But I only had sex with three of them, like I said.
You sucked enough dicks to fill a small bus with people. Enough dicks to fill a classroom with people. Enough dicks to throw a party.
It shouldnt be legal to perform cosmetic surgury on infants.
Fixing deformations is okay but a foreskin is far from a deformation.
You sucked enough dicks to fill a small bus with people. Enough dicks to fill a classroom with people. Enough dicks to throw a party.
I've had sex with way less guys than the average person. Guys who have slept with 12 people have had sex with 9 more people than me, and they aren't considered whores.
Going down isn't a big deal, I used to like a guy we'd make out and sooner or later I'd go down on him. I've had sex with very few people.
You're not giving them a choice in something that directly affects their life, and are potentially harming them and their future relationships.
Whilst I agree it should be a personal choice whether a guy is to be circumcised or not, I'm pretty sure that is a gross exaggeration.
12 people is still a bit on the far end but 37 my god.

I dunno', having your penis removed during a botched circumcision seems like it'd definitely harm them and their future relationships.
Even if it's a small chance, it's a completely unnecessary risk and something that your child in question should choose for himself later in life.

Are you talking about circumcision or the accidental complete removal of the penis, as in this poor kid's case?
Poor little guy, what the fuck are his parents going to tell him?
More to the point, how is he going to cope when he is 16+ and certain things are on his mind 24/7? I can't even being to put myself in that position.
Are you talking about circumcision or the accidental complete removal of the penis, as in this poor kid's case?
Considering that there are a few more issues that can arise from circumcision other than accidental removal of the penis itself, I'd say a bit of both.
Circumcision is a potentially harmful thing, like I originally said. I do not believe that "potentially harming them and their future relationships" is a gross exaggeration of the potential harm that circumcision can inflict. Especially when you consider that for the vast majority of people who are circumcised at birth, is an unnecessary operation.
im glad i was circumcised as a kid because i don't remember it at all. i'm really afraid of hospitals so i'd never go and do it now. uncircumcised dicks are gross.
this whole thing about "harming your future relationships" sounds like bullshit
who would actually give a fuck if somebody's penis is circumcised or not
like, legitimately
what, you're about to get laid with your girlfriend but she sees your penis was circumcised and she just dumps you on the spot? Does it REALLY make that much of a difference to her?
Why stop at circumcision? Let's cut out the baby's appendix too while we're at it!

I believe that actually reading posts is beneficial before you reply to them.
For one, I stated that circumcision potentially harms the patient and future relationships. That "potential" was not aimed at the circumcision itself, but the potential harm that can come of them. That includes removal of the penis, as is the original article in this thread, or the myriad of other issues, ranging from infection through necrosis and scarred tissue, as well as a boatload of other issues. Many of the issues are the same ones you'd get from cutting the skin from any other part of the body.
Picture the scene, your penis was scarred as a result of infantile circumcision, and did not heal correctly (as most do) so your dick looks funky/feels weird. Or perhaps you lose your dick entirely. The list goes on.
[editline]dicks[/editline]
I'm not going to include the issues that come from traditional Jewish circumcision techniques (the one in which, traditionally, a rabbi would suck the blood from the circumcised penis). In a sanitized hospital, with a trained doctor, there is a 1 in 500 chance that the (in most cases) unnecessary circumcision that is about to be performed will harm the child. For a unnecessary operation, that is very high. Especially when the child can, later on in life, make the decision for himself.
[editline]dicks[/editline]
if I was responding to you I would have quoted you.
But I wasn't.
I don't see anybody else in the thread that used the quote "harming your future relationships"

What's the story behind god allegedly wanting bits of boys dicks again?

Just wondering but how is cut dick cleaner? The cheese goes into your underwear anyway.
I'd love to have a vagina for a day. Just putting that out there.
If circumcisions are done for hygiene, then you are treating the symptoms, not the problem.
You're not worthy of a nice healthy penis unless you don't know how to wash it
Why stop at circumcision? Let's cut out the baby's appendix too while we're at it!
Might as well get it out of the way while you can, I had appendicitis two years ago, that shit was fucking terrible. I would of preferred to be told one of my unnecessary organs got removed when I was younger as opposed to projectile vomiting and losing thirty pounds.
Also can we please stop this cut vs. uncut topic, you're literally arguing about dick all.
