Well yeah, if they are trying to pin this on Assad, they sure as hell aren't going to gas his neighborhood.

Let me just point this out:
Qui Bono?
Assad - A few kills
Victims - Shit All
"Rebel" Cause - Massive Support and cause for international intervention

Assad is weeks, possibly days from ending. Syria's vice president including their former ally Russia has acknowledged this and went as far as to say they wont host Assad when he does. Its a last desperation move before he departs. The rebels have been fighting for almost a year now, they can wait a few more weeks.
Yeah well what about the western military industrial complex? Once they go in they are going to BONO the fuck out of this situation.

"Western military industrial complex"
If they wanted Assad out ASAP, they would've deployed the gas in the beginning when the conflict's prospects were unknown, deploying it now wouldn't be worth the cost of dead civilians on their side when Assad is already moments from being overthrown.
How credible is this source?

Like I said, It's not about Assad, it's about profiting from sending in troops into Syria. Bullets, Food, Fuel etc. Someone is always making a buck off conflict.
And here we go.
Jesus fucking christ this is so fucked up.
I hope they make the bastards pay. They've just stuck their dicks in a hornet nest.
I bet Turkey's the first to invade.
Man, the UN is going to have a field day
I know they are going to be sending a lot of angry letters to Syria.
didn't the UN said they'd intervene if chemicals came into play?
I know they are going to be sending a lot of angry letters to Syria.
And tanks and jets and soldiers.
Are there any other sources? There really isn't a lot of detail in the blog posted (although you can't really deny it happened because of the videos), it just seems a bit weird that I can't find any other major news outlets that have picked up on it yet. This is such a huge thing, a turning point in the crisis after over a year, you'd think the media would be going crazy.
I was just reading other blogs and not-so-credible sources accusing the FSA/rebel forces as responsible for this chemical attack. This whole thing is just fishy.

Maybe the UN is specifically keeping the media at bay for security reasons ?

There'd be no mass build up of munitions or development of new resources. It'd basically be one and done, not enough time for anyone to make a profit.

Also, Al Jazeera is quite probably the most respected news agency in the region, and one of the most respect internationally. While it may be only a blog as a part of them, Al Jazeera as a whole is nothing to laugh at.
I've been searching google news, there is no actual reliable source for this, calling it a hoax
They were already warned.
If it's real, the first thing we hear will be NATO/UN bombs.
I kind of doubt the validity of it though.
Maybe the UN is specifically keeping the media at bay for security reasons ?
I honestly doubt the UN has the power or ability to do that. I'm also calling fake until there's a more credible source.
As some others said, I'm skeptical about the source of this supposed attack. For one, 7 deaths is a very small number for a chemical attack on a populated area. And again, the Rebels are a diverse group, and as an unfortunate result, a lot of very very shady elements are operating under their flag, and should definitely not be ruled out.

Any actual source - right now it seems like the only one is an ALJ blog, which doesn'tcountfor much.

Sure ALJ itself is pretty big and fairly respectable. The problem is, that this is merely a blog. It's possible that their blogs are something similar to fox nation blogs or something. Aka nothing with any acoutability or oversight at all.
I'd prefer to see something sourced off of reuters or something.
oh. fucking. shit.

Sarin doesn't always kill you instantly, those people that died were the ones that were lucky enough to die almost instantly, the ones in the hospitals probably wish they were dead about now.
Shit is about to hit the fan.
There is a shit storm now
and shit just got real.
Assad just signed his death verdict, the only thing that held Russian and China back seems broken now.
Well, if this is not a hoax, whoever pulled this shit... just somebody, invade this fucked up country already and kick both asses. These FSA and Assad, both have their asses covered in shit. It doesn't even matter at this point who started all this, both sides are responsible for the bloodbath. One side slitting throats and pulling false flags all over the place, the other being generally too happy to use aircraft and helicopters.
