School handcuffs 6-year-old, sends her to mental facility

Has anyone tried talking to the child? Hmm?
My expert diagnosis: She has depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Better put her on an adult regimen of heavy antipsycotics and stimulants!
[sp]No lie, kids as young as two can be given adult drugs to treat "bipolar disorder" and "ADHD."[/sp]
Inb4 fuck da police.
Yes let's take a 6 year old girl to a mental facility because obviously temper tantrums aren't normal for kids that age
She kicked a woman who was 8 months pregnant in the stomach.
But by all means fuck the police and all that fad. Everything is their fault.
P.S. Read the whole thing.

Because a 6 year old obviously knows where babies come from.

Because obviously this is acceptable behavior. You don't slap a child on the wrist for attempted manslaughter. Sure, you don't take her to a mental hospital, but you don't put her in time out.
There isn't such a great difference between a mental facility and an elementary school anyway. Both are filled with retards and nurses.
Parents need to beat they're kids.
That's one of the main reasons children are so miss-behaved these days. Parents really need to step up, no matter how "immoral" it might seem, it is necessary.

Because beating your child will surely nothing but good.

I'm pretty sure there's a difference between spanking and beating.

The fuck is this? California?
Yeah Florida and California have been pretty fucked lately.
Must be in the oranges.

I have friends in Florida who hate it there and wants to move to Georgia.
When somebody wants to leave their state to go to GEORGIA, that pretty much settles it.
is there some sort of justification for any state doing something
OH ITS IN OREGON GUYS, METH CAPITAL

Nah, but really, I don't care. I don't go outside.
crappy parents raise crappy children
Children bitch and moan all the time. There has to have been something that provoked her in the first place anyways.
Doncha love how we've deteriorated as a society in the past 50 years? Kid threw a tantrum back in the day, we whipped them till they shut the fuck up.
When bad parenting + bad schooling combines, shit happens.
Glad to see that you think it's acceptable to let them kick and punch people.
She's fucking 6
Handcuffs are NOT NECESSARY

Spanking is dangerous business. One false move and you've now HIT the kid, as to be determined by the state. As a side note, raising kids does not require spanking them. I have two kids ages 6 and 7 and neither of them have ever even seen or heard of a spanking. Time outs is all they ever get and they are angels. Thing is, I keep them in line and don't let them slide that far from the path. Kids are like a huge ship with a bad rudder, they tend to want to steer out of control. As a parent it is our job to gently nudge them in the right direction constantly and never let them get 180 degrees in the wrong direction.

the deputy handcuffed the girl “for her safety and the safety of others,” according to the report.
This time, the deputy took the girl to a mental facility.
“She’s traumatized. She’s scared of the police,” Franklin said.

Sounds like rape
Who appointed that principal? Handcuffing a 6 year old and sending her to the loony bin for a temper tantrum sounds a little extreme.

Yep.
:smugspike:
The girl looks like a slut in the picture already.

You possess keen future sight skills.
Holy shit dude.
That's completely fucked up.
You don't send a kid to a mental institution, you send them home or something. Good god, that's messed up.
Hahah, she tried to give the principal a miscarriage!

I did read the whole thing. The little girl wasn't justified in what she did, however there were MUCH better ways to handle that problem than slapping cuffs on her and taking her to a mental facility.
But by all means do put words in my mouth like "fuck the police." I'm sure you had a legitimate argument in there somewhere, try again.
I would have done that, The little kid should have learned their damn lesson the first time she was handcuffed. And the little brat should know better not to go all MENTAL.
This would not have happened if the teacher was not pregnant.
It's probably the reason it was exaggerated like this.
welcome to Florida!
