What's interesting to see in NKorea anyways? [sp]I'm asking seriously, hold your boxes.[/sp]
Memorials and glorious statues dedicated to the great leader who made your existence possible

http://www.korea-dpr.com/business_trip.html
You can buy movies on their official shop, there's a Ninja movie called Hong Kil Dong lmfao http://dprk.xopie.com/en/product/dvd-movie-hong-kil-dong
Those movies are really expencive.
I'd actually love to go to NK before a war, it's the closest thing to the Soviet Union that still exists, and I think it would be fascinating. It is however far too expensive, and I hear their beer is shit.
I would like to visit NK as well but only because it is such a strange unique country. You basicly enter a time machine. But one also has to endure the lack of comfort so it's definitely not a country you would visit if you wanted to relax.
it cost like Euro 2500 for a 7/8 day trip as they call it
a three hour tour
Kim Jong Un is even more crazy than I previously imagined.
America isn't much better in that regard, how bad could it be
I'm sorry, what?
"A visitor joining the KFA Delegation is not treated as a tourist but as a friend of the DPRK, having access to places, information, insights and events not allowed for regular visitors." I'm not sure if I want 'friend of the DPRK' on my CV, you know.
America isn't much better in that regard, how bad could it be
Sneeze in the presence of any pictures of the Dear Leaders and you will be detained. You are not allowed to take pictures of any photographs or paintings (there are a lot) that have the Dear Leaders in them if you are obstructing the view, even if it's just a foot, or you will be detained. You go where your "tour guides" aka government agents and spies tell you to go. You have no choices. Also is "Salt Miner" in your job interests? Disrespect any offcials in North Korea and your dream career choice might come true!
Is this satire or do seriously believe that
His flagdawg is Ameristan
What's interesting to see in NKorea anyways? [sp]I'm asking seriously, hold your boxes.[/sp]
north korea is one of, if not the only country that has decided to isolate itself from the rest of the world nearly completely. that's incredibly interesting. the place is almost alien, especially since your handler on the tour makes sure to take you through only the parts that the regime wants you to see. [editline]28th June 2013[/editline]
America isn't much better in that regard, how bad could it be
um i will be the first to criticize the american justice system and call it tyrannical and unjust. still, you can't really compare a shitty justice and legal system to a regime that systematically imprisons dissidents in forced labor camps and imprisons defector's entire extended family in forced labor camps. it's just not really comparable. the usa is bad in a lot of ways, but it's still far preferable to north korea.
