I haven't seen a good furry dramadebate in YEARS on FP they've long since gone away (the vocal ones)
Probably because they were replaced with Bronies.
I'm not even being ironic; I bet money that it's because of the furry's Not to say it's a bad film, I haven't seen it yet, but I honestly believe that this is all because of the furrys
I don't think furries are prolific enough to bring in that level of money.
Probably because they were replaced with Bronies.
even brony debates don't happen as much these days tbh never as much as furry debates used to at least
reminiscing about the good ol' furry drama
I'm also leaving this here... [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/89eqKjS.jpg[/img_thumb] Just notice the SafeSearch turned ON. [editline]6th March 2016[/editline] But by all means, explain to me how "it's not a fetish", when even a kid googling for Zootopia pics could run into those.

[editline]6th March 2016[/editline] But by all means, explain to me how "it's not a fetish", when even a kid googling for Zootopia pics could run into those.
We all know that there are furries out there that are in it for the fetish it's not even necessary to point out, like, we've ALL been in that argument
We all know that there are furries out there that are in it for the fetish it's not even necessary to point out, like, we've ALL been in that argument
My point is that these people ruin everything, specially when it's not made for them.
My point is that these people ruin everything, specially when it's not made for them.
Fair enough, and that sure as shit is true for zootopia :v: as the saying goes, "If it exists, there's porn of it"

Especially since by doing that you are actually posting softcore furry porn? I mean I cannot search for any of Overwatch's female characters without finding porn as well, that's how google works.
I don't think furries are prolific enough to bring in that level of money.
There is quite a few furries and they spend quite a bit of money on their.. interest.
There is quite a few furries and they spend quite a bit of money on their.. interest.
Yeah, but not nearly enough to transform this film into a Frozen beater.
My point is that these people ruin everything, specially when it's not made for them.
Yeah, the internet ruins everything. There is a RULE for it. The 34th one.
Yeah, the internet ruins everything. There is a RULE for it. The 34th one.
True that, but the Internet in and of itself is just a medium for these freaks to spread their cancer. The internet just is. I haven't even played Undertale and I've ran into some Rule 34 material already, that's how bad it can get sometimes... [editline]6th March 2016[/editline] Anyway, back on topic, I'm sure the movie is good on its own right, but those numbers were boosted by furries. End of.
Totally not biased but i fucking loved the movie, the environment art, animation and world building was really spot on, Spending 2 and a half hours on this really detailed world they built was wonderfull

Given it's opening weekend and a lot of twits are already posting their fan art, do your part to actually make the internet a safer place instead of just whining that others are dirtying it.
Mark my words, in 5 - 8 years time, there are going to be lot more furries.
M. Night Shamalan presents, The Yiffening
There are actually people who think furries will become mainstream
Movie with anthropomorphic characters might become more accepted, no one, especially progressives are going to put up with "the sole existence of this character is to make orgasm or yum faces all day every fucking day for eternity of history because that's. all. I. ever. think. about." Furries aren't shunned because of the base material which existed well before furry was ever a thing, they're shunned because no one on planet earth wants to hear (see) about your sex life every waking moment of their existence.
Furries have a lot of disposable income, how else would they get those suits?
Credit card debt?
Good god, are people still getting riled up about the existence of furries? Just think of them as people who like to cosplay as animals and get on with your life.
This is a huge surprise to me. I am happy for once an animated film broke records that deserved it. I am very happy the film is doing well and unlike frozen i wouldn't their being a sequel( make it happen Disney! this is something if done right would be just as good, in theory anyway).
i just can't fathom how someone can make such a cute character (rabbit) seriously a new world record
I just want to see its facerig I'm certain the eyes intersect eachother inside the skull
Good god, are people still getting riled up about the existence of furries? [editline]6th March 2016[/editline]
Movie with anthropomorphic characters might become more accepted
I remember reading something about BoJack Horseman being created as antropomorphic animals on purpose, in order to deviate from his aspect and more on his feelings, or something like that.
Good god, are people still getting riled up about the existence of furries? Just think of them as people who like to cosplay as animals and get on with your life.
Pretty much every furry I've ever encountered online, especially in TF2 and other valve games with...sprays... it's really just been awful.
And the animal puns of course.
Yup, pretty much. I enjoyed the 1st season, I might go ahead and watch the second one.
My favorite is still "Lowes, But Like An Animal Version".
There are actually people who think furries will become mainstream
I wouldn't be surprised to be honest, I don't know when it happened but hentai became mainstream
I'm still getting a kick out of people getting all uppity about how disney's somehow pandering to furries and stooping to a low just to make a quick buck. Like, people forget disney pretty much coined the style that generic furries latched onto over time, because it was well done media, AND was the only media those people really had access to back when they were young. On top of that, people always talk about how the pixar movies are tied together by really small connections (mostly prop cameos), but damn Zootopia is a pretty solid candidate for 'same timeline featuring modern descendants from the 70's Robin Hood'. Hell, the characters all fell into the same solid characterizations, from the obvious to the niche [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CYpRpCsWEAAWrfQ.jpg[/t] king/mayor (also tuck has some visual parallel to the mafia boss mouse) [t]http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/disney/images/0/0b/Robin-hood-disneyscreencaps_com-9608.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111125174120[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/kdfteu2.jpg[/t] timberwolves being hired goons [t]http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/disney/images/5/50/Robin-hood-disneyscreencaps.com-364-1-.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20120106192405[/t][t]http://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video_thumb/CXj4QrSUQAA3Cdo.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/n1TJSmL.png[/t] in the end it's a good movie, and while the prejudice commentary is a rather generic message, it's very well played out. If you can get over your "OMG there's gonna be ~yiff~ on the internet about this" mental boundary it's just another disney flick with themed characters and the theater is 99% full of kids and their parents. The weird furry get togethers we kept seeing apparently rented out whole theater showings (hopefully at off hours) to avoid pestering people, and were VERY few and far between, with a lot of news being circulated around being sourced from satire/troll news sites
Not sure why people complain about furry porn being made of this movie as if furries are the only people at fault here People make R34 of literally everything, and the more popular it is, the more is going to get made. There was a period of time soon after Frozen's popularity boom where I couldn't search anything related to Frozen with safe search on without getting some porn, softcore or otherwise like the example posted earlier in the thread. It's not something exclusive to any fanbase or whatever you wanna call it. Jeez. As for the movie itself, I've heard nothing but good things and as soon as I possibly can I'm going to go see it.
My favorite is still "Lowes, But Like An Animal Version".
they were very creative with that one. [editline]6th March 2016[/editline]
I'm also leaving this here... [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/89eqKjS.jpg[/img_thumb] Just notice the SafeSearch turned ON.
