Rudd, and Gillard weren't in violation of the constitution (if this were to be true) though.
The party has every right to change its leader, but, if the leader, as a Member of Parliament, is there unconstitutionally.. then you've got a whole different kettle of fish.
Actually Gillard did violate the Constitution, she was born in the UK as well.

??
It's for being a dual citizen, not being born overseas. There is no requirement to be born in Australia in order to be an MP.

Oh crap, sorry, I didn't understand what Dual Citizen was, just to make sure, it is where someone has Citizenship (in this Case Tony) in UK and Australia?
Yes that's correct.
A person, before becoming an MP, must only retain their Australian citizenship, by renouncing all other citizenships.
Abbot is a Muslim terrorist, I want to see that birth certificate!
He probably had to renounce his citizenship ages ago, if he didn't then I still don't see the big issue.
Like the UK is viewed as a foreign power, so we've got a foreign head of state
???
Of all the reasons why Abbott is unworthy to rule a country, being born in a different one isn't really one of them.

I made an example using a rule I put in place for Point Taken. (Don't ban me for this, it was the only way for an example to remotely make sense)
Okay there are 5 writers, let's call them Jane, Bob, Jerry, Kane and Phil.
Jane, Bob, Jerry, Kane and Phil have been selected to review "Dance Dance Revolution", while Harry, Lucy and Mike has missed out, but to give them a review to do I introduce "Golden Eye 007" to make up for them and for anyone who missed out, so once that is up I realize "what if someone from DDR's review wants to review GE007? I know, I will make a rule stating that you must not be reviewing a game already to be eligible so people can still get a turn." So then I do that and all is peachy, then it turns out that William, one of the writers for GE007 is infact Jerry who is already reviewing DDR, so should I let them and not let a person in to write a review? Or kick Jerry out of the review? (Note: This doesn't infact happen with Point Taken, don't actually have a punishment yet) Well I would do the latter since he broke a rule that I put in place.

That has to be a joke right? Since I stated that it was Dance Dance Revolution.
