Hopefully Fallout 4 would at least have good gameplay (even if this announcement isn't for FO4). Fallout 3 mixed FPS and RPG but didn't excel at either because playing it RPG (VATS) is way too easy but playing it FPS (without VATS) isn't fun because of the awful AI. Of course there's people that will say "who gives a shit, it's fun" (I'm not for NO FUN ALLOWED, it's just I find good/rewarding gameplay to be more fun than generic gameplay). I'm sure there were some people that found Ricochet fun as well back in the day, doesn't mean gameplay was good.
I'm saying Skyrim Thalmor dlc like the rest of you. But the line and raised collar made me think of a vault jumpsuit, even though it is too small. I doubt that would be in a scene like this. Bleh, fucking speculation a day before announcement.
Hoodoo456, we're all eagerly awaiting your input on Fallout.
Please be Fallout 4 and let Obsidian be the ones to handle the plot, Fallout is grayish when it comes to good/bad and Bethesda idea's of good/bad is black and white.

I would quite like to see them do something completely new, take their style of game to a full on sci-fi setting. That said Fallout 4 would not be a disappointment.
strong looking white guy VS a vague shadow that tells us utterly nothing and doesn't actually show us anything OMG ITS THALMOR!!! seriously wtf are you on it could be a tall guy in a trenchcoat, a thalmor, a mage, a doctor, anything the 'ear' looks only slightly like an ear, but at the same time, it doesn't, it still could be anything He has a robe and because thalmor has robes it's a thalmor... that's like saying because the guys dirty it'll be F4 because F4 will be dirty
Yes, it could be anything, but it's way more likely to be skyrim, i didn't say anywhere that i could foresee the damn future.
Putting my money on something Rage related, since Skyrim is getting the kinect stuff and it would seem silly to me for Bethesda to make a cinematic for DLC, since they've never done that before.
I figured it was either a trailer for the expansion (as it's supposed to be as big as SI) or just pre-rendered concept art
I would quite like to see them do something completely new, take their style of game to a full on sci-fi setting. The idea behind Fallout was to explore the ethics of a post-nuclear world, not to make a better plasma gun.
If it's Fallout, I want some feeling behind the weapons when you use them. In Fallout 3 and Vegas, they feel kind of like the swords and bows in Morrowind. You click and it's just the will of the magic dice if it does anything. I'd like it to be a bit less D&D like
Skyrim DLC isn't a major announcement. We already knew it's coming out this month, putting an exact date on that isn't worth this much. This is a full game they're announcing, whether it's FO4 or not remains to be seen.
How do you know that it has to be a major announcement? And how do you know it is a full game they're announcing? They've literally said nothing else than "Tomorrow". To me it seems plausible for it to be details concerning Skyrim DLC. I don't want to hope for Fallout 4, I'd be setting myself up for too much disappointment. But holy shit, if it is.
Hoping for a Fallout 4 by Obsidian, or Bethesda publishing Wasteland 2 with AAA funding to Obsidian to develop.
fallotfallout falout please be fallout 4 omg omg so excited icant wait fallout PLEASE
Hoping for a Fallout 4 by Obsidian, or Bethesda publishing Wasteland 2 with AAA funding to Obsidian to develop.
Wait, are you high? Inxile is going to be developing Wasteland and I doubt they'd want to put the Bethesda logo on their game.
Wait, are you high? Inxile is going to be developing Wasteland and I doubt they'd want to put the Bethesda logo on their game.
I mean, Obsidian said that they were probably going to help make Wasteland 2, so I dunno.
Could somebody post what this says? Whenever i go to twitter i just get a white screen.

Some things coming down the road in April for all you Rage and Skyrim fans. April is gonna have some cool news and surprises. Stay tuned.
From Pete Hines, VP of Bethesda and the company's head public relations guy.
Hoping it's not a new Fallout game... :/
Probably Rage since that was pretty piddly.
He didn't say Rage or Skyrim he said Rage and Skyrim so it's most probably both unless his tweet was more lies.
maybe it's Ancient Aliens: The Beginnings
As of New Vegas we're already 200+ years post-apocalypse, the West is practically back to normal. I can't see Fallout 4 doing much of anything in that area. Maybe taking place in annexed Canada?
I'd actually like it if they took it out of North America entirely and set it in Europe for a change. In the original Fallout's intro, the narrator mentions how, just before the Great War began in 2077, the Europeans were destroying themselves by breaking up into smaller nation states and endlessly fighting with one another for control over whatever bits of land and resources they could get their hands on.
For these resources, China would invade Alaska, the US would annex Canada, and the European Commonwealth would dissolve into quarreling, bickering nation-states, bent on controlling the last remaining resources on Earth.
To me, that all would make for a much more interesting game experience.
Fallout in London? I'd love to.
Fallout in London? I'd love to.
Fallout in Scandinavia. The advertisements would be "It's Skyrim, but in a post apocalyptic future!".
I'd actually like it if they took it out of North America entirely and set it in Europe for a change.
Yeah, except that wouldn't work. The reason the authentic Fallout games are set in the Southwestern America is because that's where the developers have lived and worked most if not all of their lives. They know the area. Same deal with Washington/Maryland and Bethesda.
