Whatever happened to the Republicans being the fiscally conservative party? Try to push the wall and a balanced budget amendment at the same time, lol
Also, I just overheard a Trump sound bite on One America News. Basically he was talking about the wall and said something along the lines of "It'll stop human trafficking, which is huge. It might be the worst it's ever been in the history of the world." Someone's forgotten the American slave trade, at the very least.
there's more slaves in the world today than at any other point in recorded history. many countries still actively engage in slave trading (particularly sex slavery and debt bondage) or turn a blind eye to it.
Trump is backing down for now so that the government doesn't shut down, he has said multiple times he isn't giving up on the wall.
And what exactly, do you believe the wall will actually achieve?

I like that he puts "WALL" in capital letters like a child

"it will get built" is pretty passive language like "i did not have sexual relations with that woman"
I spent some time reading those comments in his tweet, there sure are some real fuckasses around.
cant touch the military even though its where all the funds are
As frightening as it sounds, I think the funds for the military is necessary. Sure, inefficiencies need to be minimized but, these days, the geopolitical situation is too grim to even think about diverting funds.
