Out of curiosity, what is the specific crime called when one secretly changes the contents of an ice bucket to shit & piss as a "prank," after the subject agreed to have some contents dumped on him? Don't say assault.
Battery, assault, and disorderly conduct.

Don't say assault.
well since the subject agreed to have a bucket of ice dumped on him, I would say since ice bucket challenge, it would probably be a mix of charges due to that and then the fact that the person they did it to was autistic so could be hate crime if they feel like it.
I'm glad you're so outraged at this fantastic media distraction
Sometimes when I open my fridge and grab some orange juice, I wonder if the juice is just a false flag created by the government to take away our rights
I'm glad you're so outraged at this fantastic media distraction
Did americans pass by your house on a hover-car with Hitler and an alien in the back seat?
why is a reward necessary
A lot of people are selfish and will only be motivated to help others if they get something physical in return. I thought people knew this.
The kids who did it will be shitting themselves when their names are released.
I'm glad you're so outraged at this fantastic media distraction

News gets more informative the more outraged you are by it
^^ Seriously i thought this whole description for this section was "descriptive" enough.. ^^
You'd think people would learn by now that if you fuck up this bad you will get caught.
Someone could just lie about them. It's not like there is any proof of the people who did it.
Is nobody questioning the validity of the video in the first place...?
Good, those cunts need to be held responsible Preferably with can of whoop ass
A can of whoopass for all those retards who trivialized the disease in the first place, with the stupid ice-bucket challenge.
A can of whoopass for all those retards who trivialized the disease in the first place, with the stupid ice-bucket challenge.
Yeah how dare they help raise awareness and funds to go towards the research and treatment of this disease, fuck those guys for trying to make this world a better place.
Ok, this has just gone too far with the #icebucketchallenge shit. Farewell, Internet.[/irony]
A can of whoopass for all those retards who trivialized the disease in the first place, with the stupid ice-bucket challenge.
The "stupid ice-bucket challenge" raised over $100m towards finding a cure for said disease. Go fuck yourself.
lol a celebrity had to offer money to get people to do an act of basic morality
Well, act of basic morality doesnt fulls a stomache in this world.

Don't say assault.
In the same way spitting on someone can be charged as felonious assault #in ohio anyway# (due to the dangers of disease transmission)- this would easily clear a grand jury. He agreed to have ice water dumped over his head- that doesn't mean anything else dumped was with his permission.
A can of whoopass for all those retards who trivialized the disease in the first place, with the stupid ice-bucket challenge.
They trivialized it so much the ALS Association raised $110.5 million in donations. Fuck those guys for raising awareness for a serious disease.
The victim was autistic. It probably stands to reason that he doesn't know who they even are.
Uwot if you are autistic enough to go to school you are probably normal enough to remember a name. hes probably scared of payback or embarrassed.
Uwot if you are autistic enough to go to school you are probably normal enough to remember a name. hes probably scared of payback or embarrassed.
Do you know the name and face of every student at your school? I sure as hell didn't.
The "stupid ice-bucket challenge" raised over $100m towards finding a cure for said disease. Go fuck yourself.
Let me help you out for a bit, since you're busy being stupid: There have been several "organizations" trying to cash in, using this ice-bucket thing, thus the amount of donations going in the wrong pockets. Read some of these: 1 2 3 "ALS Association" (alsa.org) is the legit organization that received most of the donations, and it's fine. But other organizations cloned this method, trivialized the "challenge", and funneled people and their donations to "scam" charity organizations such as "ALS Foundation", even using fake phonecalls asking for donations in Canada, etc. Next, actually check "ALS Association"s financial records from the end of 2013 mentioned here or here, or: [IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/G1X9O1I.jpg[/IMG_thumb] The fact is: raising a sum of money for charity isn't the same as giving it all to research for a possible cure. Don't be naive: it's a "takes money to make money" type of business, and USA is known for its "valuable charity organizations". I'm just hoping that the sudden influx of donations will not "modify" ALSA's financial objectives, in terms of anual expenses, unfavoring the actual research.
The "stupid ice-bucket challenge" raised over $100m towards finding a cure for said disease. Go fuck yourself.
I have nothing against it, except that it raised too much to find a cure for a disease classified as rare, resulting in ALS research having close to 10k dollars per person with ALS (it was already well funded to begin with), meanwhile cancer and heart disease have less than 100 dollars per person with the disease (for research). Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying people with ALS are less important than those with cancer, just saying that there's more than enough money for ALS research now and not nearly enough for other diseases that affect a lot more people.
