I love how rape is over 23 years, but beating a baby to death and having a history of violence gives only 12.

Bustas be downloading my rhymes.
Buy the fuckin' song, or pay the fine.
Holy mother fuck , i have to be related to 'steven Barker' since Barker is my surname.
Beating your baby to death - 12 Years.
Rape - 23 years.
Downloading a song without paying - Priceless.
There are some things money can't buy, for everything else, there's mastercard.

Holy Fuck no! It means that your ancestors were both the people that either took Bark off Trees in a wood cutters place, or a dog keeper.

It's true.
Fletcher means you made bow and arrows.
Smith means you made metal stuff.
Walker means you stood on clothes in tubs of piss.
Baker means you made bread.
And then there are place names as your last name, but I'd be here all day explaining them.
i bet he changes his names and gets cosmetic surgery and the news says
"BABY KILLER STEVEN BARKER CHANGES HIS NAME TO BEVEN TARKER AND NOW RESEMBLES MR. BEAN"
Personally I believe this should happen for all criminals especially such cases as this. My only real problem now is that thousands of tax money will be spent protecting these wretches.

Thus they keep the identity secret, In some cases it's best to keep identity's secret.

I can see why rape gets harder sentences than beating a baby to death
Thus they keep the identity secret, In some cases it's best to keep identity's secret.
Yea, or else they are likely to be punished by the public, possibly beaten to death.

Rapping aside, they're both terrible.

Um, how about no? You obviosly don't know much do you?
The authorities had first voiced concerns about possible abuse by October 2006, when a GP noticed marks on the boy. But his mother, in the first of many episodes of deception and false reassurances, insisted she had found that his skin “bruised easily”.
Two months later the GP sent the pair to the Whittington Hospital, North London, after inspecting a head injury. Insisting that her child was “a head-banger” fond of “rough and tumble play”, the mother claimed that fingermarks were merely the result of when he was caught after being lovingly held and thrown into the air.
Social services were informed and visited the flat, which was found to be dirty, untidy and smelling of urine. They learnt that it was shared with the boy’s grandmother and three dogs, including a rottweiler, but remained unaware that it also harboured a violent boyfriend. They decided to let the child stay with a family friend while police inquiries continued.
Those Social Services agents are fucking idiots. The child was hospitalized before, the apartment is obviously unhealthy, and the mother obviously unfit. Do they need to witness the neglect first hand to be convinced something is wrong?
They should have taken the kid, not leave him with a friend where the abusers have easy access to him.

EDIT: no, seriously, this shit is why a real Kira needs to exist
Can't they actually call it "Peter" instead of "Baby P"
It sounds like a bad rapper's name.
I can see why rape gets harder sentences than beating a baby to death
I would very much like to see the logic behind this.

This is one of the worst crimes imaginable, to me. How does it make them retarded for wanting to see a little retribution?

They had no right to hurt that child like they did. Just as you have no right to play judge, jury and executioner in some dark alley one night because you think that the courts weren't harsh enough. They will serve their penance as the law see's fit. It's not up to you to decide that they deserve a little extra.
By you, I mean anyone who would think that it would be justified to "get" them after they leave prison.
Though I agree twelve years is not fucking long enough, I don't believe their names should be released. I can't see how releasing their names would at all "maintain public confidence in the judicial system" - but giving them a longer sentence would. The only thing releasing their names does is put them at risk from vigilantes that also believe twelve years is not long enough.
It would do more good all-around if their identities were kept anonymous, and they were given a longer sentence.

Some judges are more lenient than others. And I'm not talking about after they leave jail, I want to get them before they're ever incarcerated.
Keep in mind that I abide by the law for the most part and would never harm another human being, save for self defense.

So the judge is partial to fault, but you're not.
The mob is stupid. Don't stoop to it.

Just because I react out of anger doesn't mean I'd actually do these things, nor wish it upon them. I'm just talking. I'm horrified by what these people have done and it's hard to remain rational when it comes to things like this.
Well, if I read in the news that someone brutally murdered these people, I don't think I'd be too upset.

You've acknowledged you're acting irrationally, the next step is to realise you need to stop talking and making yourself look stupid.
