• Pope Francis was offered a Tesla Model S or a Nissan LEAF, he chose the LEAF
A fraction more? The Model S starts at more than twice as much than the Leaf. I also just bought a Leaf.
Sorry to go offtopic but can I just say how utterly hilarious it is that you keep posting articles about Musk's companies while singing his praises, then go and buy a car from his direct competitor :v:
I think another reason he chose the leaf is because it's smaller than the Model S, which would be helpful for driving through Italy's narrow streets.

Tesla just make the best EVs. I'll probably buy a Model 3 in a few years. Gives them time to get out the right hand drive version and work out the initial design issues all cars have in first year of production. If I could afford a Model S I would get one. [editline]4th March 2017[/editline] well shit it does exist [t]https://www.vw.com/content/dam/vwcom/modelBucketMastheadImages/2016Mastheads/Fam-16-0076-Dig-2016x946.png[/t] Electric cars are so much better when they look like actual cars instead of a childrens toy. [editline]4th March 2017[/editline] like bmw fucks sake what were you thinking [t]https://images.cdn.autocar.co.uk/sites/autocar.co.uk/files/styles/gallery_slide/public/BMWi3-Stan_30125.jpg?itok=qRtk_UkH[/t]

Just got refreshed with a 35 kWh battery. The instrument cluster was annoying though when I looked at one. Personally I prefer the Leaf, and they are both a similar size.
Is the LEAF becoming the new Prius? I feel it is.
Now we know the side of history on which he stands. Dark days, indeed.
All modern Nissans look terrible to be fair. Still, the Leaf isn't a bad car in any way, just not really exciting. Props on Francis for being humble.
The GTR is nice.
The GTR is nice.
It's automatic though. Also GT-Rs do look nice because their design is from 2007.
