Well I got multiplayer running the way I want it, but Campaign and Zombies always is having a lost connection to host error before any gameplay begins, even i offline campaign.
SP ran great for me, and the campaign was surprisingly good!

Not giving a shit about the platform and knowing people will buy it simply because of the title.

except like people said here, they have been slamming updates and hotfixes to make it a decent port.
Which means they were aware of how shitty it was before launch and cert.
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
i really wonder sometimes how these AAA games with big QA teams can screw up like this. im glad it got somewhat fixed fast and they seem determined to fix it, i doubt its a problem of the developers saying "yeah lets just release this buggy ass game".
maybe its some kind of internal problem? i get that they can't exactly judge people's specs beforehand and that there's gonna be optimization problems, but sometimes it sounds like they literally never even tested it outside of dev machines.

More like it would be nearly insane to test literally millions of hardware configurations to find small bugs and hitches. This goes with almost ever new gen launch due to it finally catching up to pc unless its top of the line hardware.
SP runs weird, i think theres some kind of memory leak there from the way it begins to stutter worse and worse as time progresses. MP works flawlessly even with most of the settings cranked up, and my GPU is beginning to age a bit.
Oh look another BS article about bo3. Runs flawlessly here. Smooth as butter.
Typically runs well but I get an occasional strangling hiccup.
Only issues I get (at least in multiplayer, haven't played singleplayer) is maybe a few stutters at the start of a match, otherwise it generally runs rather well.
It's not perfect mind you, it could probably run better in terms of frame-rate.
I'm so done with this series, you can't release a makeover every year and have it be so poorly optimized everytime. Please CoD, die soon.

You're wrong and your hate is misguided. BO3 is just fine.
Day one was a mess, couldn't start it at first, worked around that and it was crashing. Woke up the next day after the CPU fix was out and it's been fine since.
It seems the only setting that really drops fps is having shadows on extra, high is fine always above 60 fps 95% of the time w/ 280x and i5 4690k @ 4.5.

"Makeover every year"
Do you even know what you are talking about?
Im so glad i stopped buying after bo2.
Honestly didn't run that badly for me. I'm not saying it's a perfect game but it's not the trainwreck that the PC gaming master race wants it to be.
Who cares about cod anyway, fallout for in 2 days

Well good for YOU.
However, nobody with these issues could care less about how it runs on your PC and how this represents the overall global performance of the game.
Not having issues at all, and I'm using an Intel CPU which seems to be the problem.

Some people even said it was worse than Arkham Knight
Update: They have sort of patched stuff.[/QUOTE]
Okay, you're not wrong about it running poorly, but running worse than Arkham Knight? They're full of shit. If I tried to run Arkham Knight on my machine I'd probably get like 10 FPS. I could keep a stable 30 going (there's also areas that it goes above that but I capped it for more consistency) since before release.
I feel like they fucked something up between the beta and now, because I could run it fine then at a solid 60 but now I had to turn everything way the fuck down.

Trust me dude, you're wrong. There are plenty of people having trouble running it. They've even addressed it in the Steam community announcements or w/e they are. Just because you're running it fine on your singular tested machine doesn't mean everyone else's hardware is working the same way.
