Son of a bitch I got arrested for a little bit of weed and I got treated worse than this guy. I was left alone in the "drunk tank" and I asked a couple of times if anyone had the time, because it felt like I was in there for hours and I could see officers walking back and forth behind the crack of the sliding door. When I finally got a response, it was a cop telling me to shut the fuck up and he handcuffed me to the bench, telling me to shut up for the next 30 minutes or "there will be problems". This cunt shoots 9 people and gets the officers to go on a food run for him. What the flying fuck.
This may come as hard to believe, but a mentally handicapped mass shooter is going to take priority over some asshole stoner in a drunk tank. They're going to have everybody watching him and making sure he stays calm while they wait for the FBI to show up and take over. If an intern has to go and grab BK while they wait, then I don't think anyone would complain (except for the asshole stoner in the drunk tank)
They have... The families of the victims in the shooting have even forgiven Dylan and 'pray for his salvation'. Media just wants to get their ratings cause Dylan Roof is the most searched thing right now.
Ha, yeah, and you know that Boston Bombing coverage was just about the media ratings. Sandy Hook? Everyone was over that in like a week, the media just kept pushing it down our throats but nobody actually cared at all. Or maybe it's a massive tragedy, spree shootings are always a huge deal, and this happened during a time period when race relations are actively being discussed. It's a pretty big deal when a guy wearing a Rhodesia badge with a manifesto about exterminating the black race walks into a church and massacres 9 people. I'm happy that the families have the courage to forgive him, but let's not pretend that people are "over it" because the families have the strength to forgive a cold-blooded racist murderer.
I dunno about the US but here in Sweden, Burger King is god tier compared to all the others (that aren't local non-chain hamburger joints of course)
From what I've seen/heard, Burger King is delicious everywhere outside of America
From what I've seen/heard, Burger King is delicious everywhere outside of America
I personally think Sonic is better in terms of burgers, but Burger King is worlds better than McDonald's. But then again there's usually no contest when you bring up Mom-n-Pop places, there's such a place in a nearby town that sells burgers which are borderline euphoric.
This quickly derailed into a fast food review thread.
This quickly derailed into a fast food review thread.
We're a bunch of nerds. This is to be expected.
Racism sells unfortunately.
You unironically called Rhodesia "wasted potential". And claimed that "it could have evolved into a nation with racial equality and economic prosperity", in the other thread, so I don't really think you're qualified to talk about race
I hear stories of cops bullying and verbally harassing people regarding their crimes as they take into custody. I am surprised this mass-shooter was treated well.
It isn't all that uncommon for shit like this happen. Once you take someone in to custody you're responsible for their well being. These officers knew this case would make national headlines and did the smartest thing, give this guy food because he was on the run for so long. Now a lawyer can't make any negative claims towards the police - Ie why did you interrogate my client, he was deprived of food, etc. Plus if they get him food they can start building a reputation with the guy and he is likely to corporate during a interrogation. People just like to bitch and moan, they want to find something wrong even though there isn't anything wrong. Its funny that people complain about the police and talk about justice, but when the police show some level professionalism and are trying to do what is best for the case they get shit on.

I mean I love my Maccie Ds and my XL Bacon Double Cheeseburgers from BK but the burgers in Max are godly!
