Salmond goes full stupid: "We're keeping the pound - and if we don't, you're getting all our debt."
Some people in Scotland would actually pronounce that the same :v:
Where the fuck in Scotland have you been?
Mong.
It's just the same fear tactics that have been used by Westminster.
Like them saying there will be a closed border and shit.
I'm sick of hearing "scaremongering" and similar phrases being associated with ACTUAL problems which haven't been addressed. I don't want to know what currency we will use AFTER the referendum, I want to know now. If we're being told that we can't use the pound, we need another solution which the Yes campaign has still not given us.

Never mind, got my own country's accents confused. I must have been thinking of the old stereotype that posh upper-class gents used to pronounce 'ow' like the letter 'i', so they would say 'pind'. How on earth did I get those two mixed up?
Adopt Bitcoin, duh
I pretty much completely agree with the guy in the article video, I'm baffled as to why Salmond refuses to provide a plan B. It seems like virtually any plan B would be better than just saying "nah they'll change their mind just wait"
You're really baffled? Maybe he just doesn't have one.

I saw someone share a video on Facebook saying anyone who thinks we need a plan B should shut the fuck up and watch Salmond explain that without a currency union discussion, we won't have to pay our share of the national debt. The problem is that people seem to blindly trust Salmond for some absolutely insane reason.
if Scotland was to be independent, why don't they just get the Euro, this makes no sense
The European Union doesn't want us. We'll just be a drain of their resources in Glasgow and Dundee are anything to talk about. Not to mention the inbreds up North.
We best keep the Union, it's served us well for the last 307 years. No need to be independent other the "Me Highland Pride! Me William Wallace!"
I'm not too well versed in Scottish politics but why do some of your apparently influential politicians are serious about going independent, is it like Catalonia and Spain? As in UK is too shit to stay in but isn't little late now to ask Tsarist Russia, France and Prussia to back your independence.
