According to the article that is exactly what they are upset about.
. . . they're upset that apartheid ended?
According to the article that is exactly what they are upset about.
They're upset about apartheid being over? I guess that makes sense, starting a race riot and destroying your city and university is a great way to encourage the return of segregation!

So, they're upset about apartheid (which has been done for over 20 years) and their entrapment inside a system that.. Doesn't give them enough dorm space? And in response to that they're rioting and burning historical artwork, including pieces by black anti-apartheid activist artists? Thanks for illuminating me on the subject, then.

All things that they attribute to the white man be it right or wrong of them to think that way about it that IS WHATS HAPPENING. I think they are justified with their outrage.

You are also blatantly admitting
-All things that they attribute to the white man be it right or wrong - I think they are justified with their outrage
The level to which people's white guilt lets them completely dissociate with reality is almost impressive, if not a little bit depressing. [editline]23rd February 2016[/editline] "Guys, our economy is fucked.. What should we do?" "Right, you know those old paintings in the library? I've got an idea, just hear me out.."

You could argue that the demonstration itself has some artistic value, if there's anything to take away from this.

Hooray for anti-intellectualism.
