Welp, guess I'll switch to Pepsi.
To those of you that don't drink soda: what do you drink instead?
Edit: Just thought I'd clarify, I'm not asking in order to make some weird point, I'm just looking for recommendations. The answers I've been getting have been relatively obvious, though.
Didn't someone say that Mtn Dew causes you to lose sperm too?
good thing i cut out carbonated soft drinks from my diet a long time ago
Don't you guys have Sprite or 7-Up in the States? It tastes exactly like Mountain Dew
yo, smoke weed errday
in seriousness, I was an energy drink junkie a couple years back but now I realise how shitty they taste and how bad for you they are in comparison to other beverages
Kick the Mtn Jew, have some coffee or some yerba mate instead

Juice, Dairy/Almond/Soy milk, Water (Among other things)
And if you are really craving the feel of soda mix some of your favourite variety of juice with some tonic water or club soda.

No, no it doesn't.
Good thing I rarely drink soda.
There's a huge difference between energy drinks and regular soda.
Also, "Mtn Jew"? Seriously? Please tell me that's a typo.
J and D aren't even typed with the same hand.

I don't know about over there, but over here they taste much different.
No, no it doesn't.
Yeah it does. If anything it's more sugary but it has the basic lemon-lime taste to it.
The Mountain Dew I've tasted was a direct import from the US. Standard green can.
Yeah it does. If anything it's more sugary but it has the basic lemon-lime taste to it.
But mountain dew isn't lemon or lime...
So all this Mountain Dew I drink will make me flame retardant right?
Poast
Someone could argue that my memory problems are because of all the soda I consume, but the real reason is that I don't like listening to some people.
I just drank some Mountain Dew from Panda Express :suicide:
But mountain dew isn't lemon or lime...

Mountain Dew (currently stylized as MTN Dew) is a citrus-flavored carbonated soft drink brand produced and owned by PepsiCo.
Really

I'm not so sure on that, because I can taste a distinct difference between the two. Its not a RADICAL difference like say Pepsi and orange soda, but its there.
Eh, whatever. They'll eventually make the necessary changes.

I went by how it sounded and realised after I typed it but left it in for comic effect. I am not an anti-semite or anything like that but if that gives anyone a boner then go ahead wank away
I agree, there is a big difference between regular soda and energy drinks.

Water
Don't drink the soda...they put something in it, to make you forget. I don't even remember how I got here.

You're probably right, I've never had the chance to try them side by side. What I'm trying to say is that for a Mountain Dew drinker, switching to Sprite or 7 Up wouldn't be a huge step.
Mountain Dew is too sweet.
Really
Citrus as in oranges and the like, not lemons and what not.
[del]Something is telling me you've never drank mountain dew.[/del]
[editline]00[/editline]
Yeah, there's a small hint of lemon in there, but it's far from the dominant flavor.
I mostly drink ginger ale, so I'm good.
Huh.
I came into this thread and I forgot what I was going to say.
Meh I drink that shit so rarely I probably wouldn't care. I usually just enjoy some good old water.
Just looked at the mountain dew next to me, it's not in the european mountain dews :v:

I think the article pretty much established that.
I think the article pretty much established that.
I know, but that means they're able to make the mountain dew taste exactly the same(tried some of the american ones a few years back) and yet they still use this shit in the american ones?
