It's good to see Canada wants to join in the technological advancement. :science:
Tim Horton's on the future moon base, called it here first folks. Besides, we're already highly involved in the space program with things like the Canada Arm. Building our own rockets isn't a strange concept.
Good for Canada, maybe now we'll actually get somewhere.
Hells yeah, ice-hockey on the moon!
Good for Canada, maybe now we'll actually get somewhere.
I would fully support for Canada for next superpower after the US royally screws up, provided their policies remain ~awesome~ [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] Make that ~relatively good compared to the US~
why do i feel like theyre going to open an IHOP somewhere in earths orbit
The ISS (or whatever other space station is up there in ten years) is getting a motherfucking Tim Hortons.
Do it, the more the merrier
Hasn't canada already helped with the ISS?
All of the space food will be liquefied moose and poutine.
the race for space isn't over until space is our bitch
I bet they will put a Tim Hortons on the ISS.

wait, canada has neolibs too
Canada doesn't take your shit. Maple syrup jokes. Hilarious.
Canada takes everyone's shit. And swallows.
I wish that every nation could just work together and we'd be a hell of a lot more productive. I honestly see no need for individual nations to have their own separate space programs.
I never really knew Canada even had a Space program. [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] Space exploration is "better things"
I really hope they go through with this. I'd love to see my country take part in the "race for space".
All of the space food will be liquefied moose and poutine.
hey HEY FUCK OFF
Fuck yes. Wait, I thought Canada already had a space program?
Wooo.
What did Canada add? Not intended to be a dick, I'm seriously interested. The US and Canada should work together on this. The two countries are practically best friends already, at a political level. They can get so much farther as a team.
The Canadarm. http://www.ieee.ca/millennium/canadarm/canadarm_home.html guess it's not a big deal now, but it was fairly significant back then
All of the space food will be liquefied moose and poutine.
Freeze dried poutine sounds awful tasty. As mentioned in the article, we have done a ton of shit in space from the first satellites to the Canada Arm. We just always required another country to get out of the gravity well.
Aren't they a little late? Wasn't the race for space in the 60's?
There is a lot of thing space-related that is made by the CSA, we aren't launching rockets by ourself but we help developping technology for the NASA
Getting a little defensive are we?
Hey, leaf him alone.
[img_thumb]http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/3420/canadaarm1.jpg[/img_thumb]
I like how our country has a logo It shows up on commercials, financial forms, government offices, everything I think it should use Comic Sans though
I bet we could have built a few rockets with the money we spent on G20.
I bet we could have built a few rockets with the money we spent on G20.
No that money needed to be used to build makeshift prison camps and beat up innocent people
But how will they play hockey in space
But how will they play hockey in space
Magnets.
