This is why we have things called fucking warrants. So we don't have the cops banging on our doors, barging in, and taking all of our personal secrets. The Brits (Using an example, no offense) would be able to suspect smuggling, and just go into a place and do whatever. Pardon me, but I don't like the thought of cops being in my house without a warrant. Sure I have nothing to hide, but it's my own damn business.

This is why we have due process, and an actual investigation method. Your way is just looking at a black guy, and that makes him a suspect due to his race if it's a black gang.
