We only need to find a way to keep him alive for 422 more years. Otherwise, its just pointless to sentencing him a half a millennium.

Maybe we could freeze him and induce sub conscious illusions of pain during the entire time?
Bad idea.
What kind of just and loving god would let this shit happen?
Have him have bum sex with a horse for 19 hours.
I hope he doesn't live 423 more years.
Cut his legs off and put him in a pit. That would barely be enough karma for him.
Cut his legs off and put him in a pit. That would barely be enough karma for him.
That isn't really karma, more like revenge of sorts.
Rape and torture him for 20 hours
You know, whenever someone says something like this, I'd like to see them commit the act themselves. It's fine as long you aren't involved, right? We have to take into account his mental condition. Don't go judge a man if he's too foolish to judge himself. In my opinion, if he's mentally healthy and did it only for his selfish needs, then he deserves the full penalty.
How did she write the letter if she was blind? She can't learn braille in one month even without the shock she still had.
Just kill him, this man deserves less than prison. To him prison is like staying in a 3 star hotel.
Would you seriously rather spend your whole life in a tiny cell with absolutely no freedom (probably being ass raped by some hairy guy), than die?
How did she write the letter if she was blind? She can't learn braille in one month even without the shock she still had.
She isn't blind. Mental health is the reason for practically all murders and mental health issues can be dealt with. You wouldn't kill someone for being autistic would you? So why should you kill someone who, tragically murdered someone, but as a result of their mental illness.
Would you seriously rather spend your whole life in a tiny cell with absolutely no freedom (probably being ass raped by some hairy guy), than die?
He will probably be moved to special quarters or a detention cell. If he was left with the regular inmates, I think he'd be shanked pretty quickly.
Cut one of his hamstrings and put him to work in a coal mine! Without modern technology!
Don't worry, prison will take care of him, prisoners are nice people with morals that tend to beat the fuck out of anyone who does this type of stuff.
JDK721 are you thisispain's alt? You post exactly like him with the exact same opinions and the exact same lower case grammar and "i don't give a fuck!!" attitude with a dosage of "i'm much better than you no matter what you say".
Mental health is the reason for practically all murders and mental health issues can be dealt with. You wouldn't kill someone for being autistic would you? Pedophilia is an example. Why should you put someone behind bars as a result of their mental illness? You do it because they were in the right state of mind and didn't have to act on their urge of molesting children. Antisocial personality disorder means you have no emotions and have urges to harm people. You have urges but you DON'T have to act on them. With schizophrenia, your perception on reality is distorted and you could do some crazy shit. They are two different realms entirely and people with disorders like schizophrenia are sent to mental health facilities and not prison. For example this crime is a case where this happened: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Tim_McLean He was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was found not guilty and sent to a mental health facility.
For some reason this reminded me of Ryu-gi
...Normally, I'd laugh at this. But.. God, this guy is just... He's a monster in every true sense of the word. :geno:
Who is this Ryu-gi person you people speak of? Something tells me I shouldn't look him up.
I'm just glad he didn't get the chair, it's time we get out of that medival stage. Also, it would be fun to see him get parolled in fifty years, I mean, if he tries to rape anyone at that age, they'll problably beat the crap out of him.
Who is this Ryu-gi person you people speak of? Something tells me I shouldn't look him up.
I totally will, if he's evil, then I can go "Oh, please... I've seen more sympathy from Ryu-gi for crying out loud..."
life in prison without parole will get the job done in this case. depriving someone of life is wrong.
Keywords: life in prison > depriving someone of life life in prison < depriving someone of life ????
(User was banned for this post ("Too far" - verynicelady))
A joke will be made of this.
he won't live for 10 years he's going to get fucking maimed in jail which is sad, in a way. I think spending the rest of your life in a tiny concrete room would be a horrible torture. It should be pro-longed.
I hope he gets ass fucked so hard it paralyzes him.
Keywords: life in prison > depriving someone of life life in prison < depriving someone of life ????
You can never determine whether or not death is better than spending a life in prison. It might be a lot worse. This so called "hell" that Christians are on about may actually exist. On that basis, the death penalty should not be used.
Death penalty should not be used, indeed, because people can change, no matter what they've done.
JDK721 are you thisispain's alt?
nope
nope
What a surprising answer.
She isn't blind. You can't be mentally healthy and do this.
How is she not blind if she had her eyes gouged our and had bleach poured in them?
How is she not blind if she had her eyes gouged our and had bleach poured in them?
Either I read wrong or in the news article it says her eyes weren't gouged.
That poor girl.. :frown:
