It made me seriously want to puke when I read what he made the girl do. Either I'm misinterpreting the situation she endured, or she had to suffer the worst pain imaginable without going into complete shock.
Lol, I'm glad you're already judging me.
But, if you can, I can, too: glad you're a bleeding-heart pussy.
See, it's a little fun, isn't it?
yeah, caring about human rights and saying the death penalty is barbaric = bleeding-heart pussy
good one broheim
glad to see that you are a blood thirsty idiot who fantasizes about killing people
You just don't get it do you?
You just don't get that I don't care what your saying, and still just stating my opinion, which apparently riles people up. I kind of like it, and it was indeed expected.
I don't think he deserves a death sentence.
I think prison would be worse because then you would live there in fear until you died.
Just like the man who killed John Lennon, Mark David Chapmen. He's still in jail, and even though he is acting like a normal person, he is still there, he'll be there for life.
Dead? No. This man deserves to suffer for what he did. Suffer for a very long time.
Solitary confinement. Maybe after 50 years of thinking about what he did, he'll come to regret it ... but I seriously doubt it.
The point of convicting him for his crimes and putting him through the legal system is to enforce the notion that no matter what reason you think you may have, it's not okay to enforce your will through means of violence on other people.

So your opinion is that innocent people should be executed?

you don't care yet you're responding to his post
lol
Sorry about copypasting too much in the title :downs:

I like how, since I want to be a strict enforcer of justice, and swiftly end the man's life since he clearly does not care about the life of others at all, I am not fantasizing about murder.
Yes, what an accurate statement.
Oh, and you 're the one not caring about the human rights of girl. Or am I just assuming, like you do?
So your opinion is that innocent people should be executed?
Nope.
Suffer, you say?
I can think of many more efficient ways of making him suffer. But that will never happen, and I'll be labeled uncivilized, and a neanderthal.
No, when someone kills someone, rapes someone, or otherwise tortures them like this, there is simply no alternative. And in a case like THIS?
Oh, and at whoever quoted that info about how much an execution costs: I know. Hence why I would prefer a cheap .22 bullet, or some length of rope. I think that should bring the cost down.
Yes, despicable me preferring to accept the laws we have in place regarding violent criminals. Why would anyone accept a punishment that doesn't make torturers out of prison guards? That's being negligent towards the victim's suffering! But seriously, the psychological effects of solitary confinement, coupled with the likelihood of violent acts committed against him by other in-mates is plenty.
Oh, and he didn't ask for max sentencing, the victim did. In fact, the article stated quite clearly he had no remorse for his actions.

Victims do not have the right to then murder their attackers, or get someone else to murder them.
And you do support the execution of innocent people since you said you wanted to make the process "cheaper" - the money is spend on making sure that the people on death row are guilty. Cutting that fund would result in more innocent people suffering execution.
I wish he would live for all those 422 years.
Just kill the damn bastard, I mean why should the state pay for his ass for another 60 or so years?
Being locked in the same place for the rest of your life is worse of a punishment than death.
I like how, since I want to be a strict enforcer of justice, and swiftly end the man's life since he clearly does not care about the life of others at all, I am not fantasizing about murder.

It's not about the human rights of the girl anymore. Whatever we do won't make her better, the punishment of the man in charge isn't for revenge or for doing something "human rights-worthy", it's to put him away from society where he can do no more harm.
Why they didn't just execute him?
Is this guy related to Ryu-Gi by any chance?
Why they didn't just execute him?
Read the rest of the thread.
- Greater cost
- Unnecessary and barbaric

lol so you want to be an executioner and decide who gets to live
you, along with anyone else, should not have the right to decide who gets to live and who gets to die
Yes, what an accurate statement.
based on what you've said, it is
Oh, and you 're the one not caring about the human rights of girl. Or am I just assuming, like you do?
uh, what? executing the suspect has nothing to do with the human rights of the girl

So how is the victim? Is she blind/badly scarred?
So how is the victim? Is she blind/badly scarred?
She gouged out her own eyes.
What do you think?
She gouged out her own eyes.

How is it physically possible to achieve that, wouldn't you lose consciousness first? And if you do manage to do it, how do you survive that? I imagine you'd die from blood loss alone. I have so many questions about this girl.
Blimey, he's one twisted motherfucker. Thank god he's in the pen for life. Surprised he wasn't executed for all that stuff he did...
They should paralyze him and them put him infront of a tv that shows Justin Bieber 24/7.
And keep him alive as long as possible that way. I'm talking tubes baby. :science:
jesus christ
I have seen worst. You guys should come to Ukraine one day !
Considering all goes well in the next 422 years if he has money in the bank then the interest will leave him with a good cash sum to spend in his old age.
Staying in jail for the rest of your life is a worse punishment than death. Just saying.
