What, did you just learn about how it's really round in school and want to show off how smart you are?
Ah, so you're trolling, ok. you lose. Already given you proper evidence or technique to acquire it, once again, send me a message on facebook and I'll provide you with a timestamped picture.
au contraire, more inmate on inmate and inmate on guard violence occurs at maximum security prisons than they ever do at minimum security, it's a given, they are more dangerous individuals. There are no where near enough cells for more than a handful of people to be in solitary (usually reserved for snitches, gang outters, and child rapists). Most of the inmates in a Supermax are 25tolifers. Prisons are becoming more and more overpopulated.
That's a problem with the justice system. Cut victimless crimes and suddenly you've got plenty of room.
Ah, so you're trolling, ok. you lose. Already given you proper evidence or technique to acquire it, once again, send me a message on facebook and I'll provide you with a timestamped picture.
Why should I have to contact you, are you afraid that facepunch will trace it back to somebody else or prove it's photoshopped? And either way your reasons for justifying killing him are retarded
I know I'm gonna get boxes galore, but this man does not deserve death. He did not kill his victim directly, and although traumatized, she is still alive. Even if he had, there would be no point in ending his life. An eye for an eye will make us all blind, a statement oddly fitting with this story.
They should just euthanize people like this. He's obviously a lunatic, and I doubt after doing something this twisted, that he'll ever get better. Life sentence is worse than death, and costs a lot more money.
Ah, so you're trolling, ok. you lose. Already given you proper evidence or technique to acquire it, once again, send me a message on facebook and I'll provide you with a timestamped picture.
post the picture here and regardless, it doesn't justify murdering someone
He never said nor implied that there are never casualties, he said it's unlikely for this guy to kill a guard. And I highly doubt that you're even out of high school based on your train of thought.
That's the problem though. I've spoken with a few police officers online and for the most part, they have the most childish train of thought. It's comforting to know we have bloodthirsty and ignorant people like Winslow protecting us, right? :rolleye:
They should just euthanize people like this.
easy there, Mengele
They should just euthanize people like this. He's obviously a lunatic, and I doubt after doing something this twisted, that he'll ever get better.
I once thought they could actually be used as human rat labs or something... or, if it's a healthy person, put him/her down and use up all of his organs to people who need them (hearts, kidneys, etc)... Of course, that's just my opinion :P
"Capital Punishment" is a dumb term, especially in this case. Do you think a guy like this really understands, let alone cares about his punishment? "Euthanize" is the term I used because it's like putting down a rabid animal. You don't do it for punishment, you do it to get rid of it and stop it from harming other people.
You don't do it for punishment, you do it to get rid of it and stop; it from harming other people.
that doesn't justify murdering him this guy would be kept under constant guard and in solitary confinement
easy there, Mengele
Mengele didn't euthanize people. He forcibly experimented on them
Oh, murder just wrong (!!!) but locking him up with his insanity for 60 years is just fine, right?
Mengele didn't euthanize people. He forcibly experimented on them
uh, he did both.
Life sentence is worse than death, and costs a lot more money.
Fucking get out.
Fucking get out.
Spending millions of dollars on keeping a deranged rapist alive?
Oh, murder just wrong (!!!) but locking him up with his insanity for 60 years is just fine, right?
yes, murder is wrong. what kind of logic is murdering a murder? you're just lowering yourself to their level.
locking him up with his insanity for 60 years is just fine, right?
because I said it was fine. unfortunately you don't have much choice with someone like this. they're a threat to society and belong in prison. state sponsored murder is NOT fine. it's hypocritical and barbaric. [editline]03:59PM[/editline]
Spending millions of dollars on keeping a deranged rapist alive?
lol did you just say that life costs more than executing someone you're absolutely wrong. with all the appeals and such, executing someone costs more money. now if you're in China, that's a different story because they'll execute you within a few months of being convicted.
Do I need to be scared if there's someone named Robert Williams at the same Academy as me?
There's some things that are worse than death. Spending 60 years in solitary confinement, waiting for your death is one of them. I'd say a hefty number of people in those circumstances wind up killing themselves, do you know why? Because spending 525,948 hours in a cold prison with nobody but yourself is a fuck of a lot worse than dying.
Letting him rot in jail is A-OK for me. I'd much sooner take the death penalty than be forced to spend every waking moment of the rest of my life in a tiny little cell.
I'm willing to bet that if there is ever a prison riot in the place where he is held, he will be one of the biggest targets for the other inmates to kill. I hear they don't take kindly to people like him in jails.
I damn well hope he's the biggest target, a man like his escaping should be punishable to the ones that failed to stop him.
Spending millions of dollars on keeping a deranged rapist alive?
One death sentence costs MORE than keeping him in jail for his entire life. This is not medieval time where you can execute anyone and anything without doing tons of expensive paperwork.
One death sentence costs MORE than keeping him in jail for his entire life. This is not medieval time where you can execute anyone and anything without doing tons of expensive paperwork.
but anyone who has a death penalty is still stuck in the medieval times
I damn well hope he's the biggest target, a man like his escaping should be punishable to the ones that failed to stop him.
Wow great logic, what are you going to do now? Punish prison guards? Soon enough we will run out of guards, what then?
Letting him rot in jail is A-OK for me.
I don't get why people say that. He's not "rotting" in jail, he's being fed and monitored 24/7.
but anyone who has a death penalty is still stuck in the medieval times
Apparently most fp is
I don't get why people say that. He's not "rotting" in jail, he's being fed and monitored 24/7.
you try sitting in solitary confinement 23 out of 24 hours of the day for the rest of your life it's not exactly rewarding
I don't get why people say that. He's not "rotting" in jail, he's being fed and monitored 24/7.
That's what it is. Even if you are fed, you do not grow in a cell. Only rot.
One death sentence costs MORE than keeping him in jail for his entire life.
This is Columbia. I highly doubt one death sentence is going to cost what 60 years of guard salaries and food would cost. [editline]08:04PM[/editline]
That's what it is. Even if you are fed, you do not grow in a cell. Only rot.
When was the last time that you had to pay huge volumes of cash to make something rot?
This is Columbia
lol Columbia =/= Colombia
