The fact that you, Whoaly, really think that to be better we need to get worse first is incomprehensible, those times are over, for a long time, we have been developing technology and social advances(even if shaky at times) without the need of such distressful haste, a conflict of the scale you imagine won't help anyone, it'll just be the end of it. We are getting better but the type of people that are in Trump's cabinet do not help anyone's cause.
Yes, because Crooked Illary was really going to fight a nuclear war.
Yeah, she really was, no one's ever convinced me there wasn't anything to worry about. I think Trump made a huge strategic error by not focusing on it sooner in the campaign, it would have really helped undermine HRC's "lesser evil" appeal.
Keep blaming her whenever you cant find a logical counter to your emperor Trump if it makes you feel better at nights.
The problem is that every criticism of Trump carries the implication that Hillary should have been president, that's something I cannot accept.
Then tell me what is Donald Trump if not an elite parasite on the body of America, a loathsome one at that?
Why then were all the other elites lining up behind Hillary? Even before Trump came along they loved her, from Hollywood stars to Arab sheiks they couldn't wait for her to be president.
One of Britain's greatest PMs, Attlee, was someone who was socially awkward as fuck and the complete opposite of populist.
We don't need populists, we need effective, capable, intelligent people who can carry out great reforms. Not loud mouthed nationalist waste of air dickheads. Whoaly, people like you make it so politicians don't have to campaign on policy but on acting like cunts because it isn't how the "Establishment" do things. Please reconsider your mindset before voting for anything ever.
I see your climate change, and raise you Hillary's nuclear war.
Because it works, it helps us achieve true progress, all of the great revolutions were based in some form on populist rage at elite parasites. Without risky actions motivated by bouts of "I'm just fed up with this!" rage, no matter how dangerous, irrational or scary it seems at first, the elite just become more entrenched, more out of touch and more dangerous.
I'm so sick of this line
Hillary was not going to start a conventional war with Russia, nevermind nuclear, and the assertion that she was going to is almost comically reliant on a single line about a no-fly zone and the assumption that there was no way she could possibly have been dissuaded
You can try to deflect criticisms of Trump by trotting out some bullshit line about how Hillary would have been worse but that's not going to make those criticisms of Trump any less valid
The man is literally censoring organizations like the EPA and the USDA, he's signed an executive order to forge ahead with a pipeline absolutely nobody but the oil companies want, he still can't let go of his ego long enough to stop insisting that the system is rigged against him just because he lost the popular vote by three million, he's straight up lied about the size of the inauguration for that ego, he's planned to cut funding from PBS and NPR, he's planned to cut funding for women's health centers, he still has multiple conflicts of interest regarding his businesses, his tax plan is just another Reaganomics corporate elite love letter, he's planning to appoint a man who is openly against net neutrality and has promised to undo all of Tom Wheeler's work to the head of the FCC, his cabinet is riddled with Putin's assets and it's getting increasingly likely that he himself is one
But who the fuck am I kidding, you don't care about any of this. You've already been given a massive explanation of why people are concerned and angry, and you just brushed it off with a pair of GradeA videos and this incredibly limp little non-rebuttal
I'm sure if you looked into it you would find that many of these conflicts of interest are overblown and exaggerated.
I think you should take a long hard look at the horse you chose to back, because the closer you look, the more it starts to look like the exact same kind of elite parasite you want people to rage against
And they are raging against him. Right now, around the world
I see your climate change, and raise you Hillary's nuclear war.
If he's really going to be so great, how come Trump supporters always have to fall back on a smear campaign of someone that hasn't been relevant for months? You literally need Hillary Clinton to support your farce of a president.
The problem is that every criticism of Trump carries the implication that Hillary should have been president, that's something I cannot accept.
She's not going to be president, everyone has accepted that. You can stop worrying about it, she lost.
Catapult? Drug smugglers live in the 21st century too, they can just stick a kilo on a drone and fly it a couple miles across the border
The point is that even ancient technology can defeat this dumb wall, which is proven true by the fact that they literally do use catapults to launch drugs over the parts of the border that are already fenced. They also use ramps, tunnels, and ladders -- the same technologies that have defeated much larger and more impressive structures for thousands of years.
Of course, we also live in an era of planes, drones, submarines, trap cars, etc. The wall is so damn pointless lol.

I'm pretty sure this is a meme.
If he goes through with his promises he's a dangerous madman, if he breaks them he's just a lying politician and his voters should feel stupid for falling for his anti-establishment message.
I am truly convinced that Trump will be one of the greatest American Presidents. I'm also convinced he will leave office with historically low approval ratings. The media machine won't give him credit for anything, and his haters will be too stubborn to admit the the crazy populist ideas of his they ridiculed did indeed Make America Great Again.
Wonderful sermon brother! here Trump shows his true divinity, making america great despite the thankless nature of the task!
Nah, just kidding. Fucking hell.
More genuine reasons you think this guy is going to be brilliant, less memes and hero worship please.

Hi I don't care what Hillary Clinton would have done as president, the election is over.
Hey could you explain how climate change denial will Make America Great Again please?
It'll make it great
A great destructive force
Building a wall is a 10th century solution to a 20th century problem that really needs 21st century thinking.

When Obama did something wrong, we dont go "he is better than Romney" because that is NOT A DAMN DEFENSE.
I can promise that after this election, essentially everyone on this site, liberal or otherwise, is fine with hillary hiding in a hole somewhere and never peeking into politics ever again.
She is NO LONGER RELEVANT.
If you cant defend trump without saying "but they did it worse" like a four year old, then perhaps you should step back and reconsider your viewpoints
You heard it here folks, Trump will be one of the greatest presidents in history simply because he's not Hillary. Need actual explanations? Hillary is crooked, that's why.
But....But... Hillary.....
Wake me up. Can't wake up.
I see your climate change, and raise you Hillary's nuclear war.
Not that Hilary is relevant anymore, but I've heard the words "nukes" and "nuclear weapons" come from Trump's mouth infinitely more times than I had from Hilary.
I'd say the odds of Trump going to conventional or nuclear war are about the same as Clinton's hypothetical presidency.
Why we are still talking about Clinton days after Trump's inauguration is bewildering to me though.

Because there's literally no other way for trump supporters to justify their support of Him.

oh but hes old and not relevant
and just for shits n gigs we got a guess appearance from the one and only...
couple slightly more relevant people
Yup they said it. Not even trumps supporters know trumps platform. I wonder, does trump even know his own platform? Is he stricken with some illness where he says silly shit then, to save face and avoid embarrassment, has to double down on it - while not actually believing it. Someday it'll all catch up, the facade will crumble and everyone, including himself, will realise he chats shit.
When Alex fucking Jones says that your idea is ridiculous you really should take a step back and reevaluate your life.
I see your climate change, and raise you Hillary's nuclear war.
I'm really, really tired of hearing this. The only 'proof' I've ever seen of this is scattered flexing comments that she was "serious" about erecting a no-fly zone in Syria, and if it somehow got hot enough to threaten potential war, I'm all but certain she would back off.
Not to mention while Clinton mentioned the no-fly zone in Syria, Trump directly asked "Why don't we use nukes if we have them?" But that's not the same because of reasons
I see your climate change, and raise you Hillary's nuclear war.

Also, isn't Trump the absolute embodiment of elite parasites?
I remember a few months ago a thread where everyone came out and said "of course it was metaphorical all along, you guys are so stupid for taking him literally, I knew all along". Sure, the wall doesn't exist yet, but let's see how metaphorical he wants it to be.
Our current border barrier took 6 years to get built, walls take longer to put down than fence.
