well that will prevent 80% of the dickheads on FB upload their pictures.
I like this related video for the OP:
As much as you're sort of right, the rules change if you're under influence. Probably along the lines of 'not in a solid mental mindset to make the decision of consent, therefore no consent given', in my best law-speak voice.
Maybe it's like implied consent in EMS where if they don't explicitly deny treatment or are not in mentally capable of making a decision in regards to treatment (mentally incompetent, minor, or suffering from an altered mental status) you can go ahead and treat them. In this case they wouldn't explicitly saying you can't have sex with them so you can go ahead because who doesn't want to get laid?
I feel sorry for the lady, but... What does this even mean? What does "a filtering policy" entail?
They want every image manually checked, by a human. So uploading a photo could take hours. This is an utterly crazy idea.
I feel sorry for the lady, but... What does this even mean? What does "a filtering policy" entail?
The video in the source says that Helene (the victim) wants Facebook to instill a waiting policy up to 24 hours for posting pictures on Facebook so that the photos can be filtered and not posted if need be. I understand where she's coming from but it should be understood that not everybody uses Facebook to post rape.
