Oklahoma here. We got like 10-16 inches, schools gonna be closed all week probably.
I for one welcome the impeding global warming if it means I get snow

We got a little bit in Texas, but people don't know how to drive in snow here, so classes are cancelled. [editline]1st February 2011[/editline]
All of the school districts in the metroplex in Texas are closed for today due to the snow, ice, and sleet. I'm enjoying it :v:
Metroplex bros :buddy:
-8f (-22c) in Denver with a wind chill of -28f (-33c)... You Canadians should sent us some of your weather.
10:30am here now, finally warmed up to -11... Aurora, about 15min southeast of Denver
WOW HOLY SHIT dear everyone that comes into this thread that isn't involved with the storm, we don't give a FUCK THAT YOU HAVE WORSE CONDITIONS. we're not bitching, we're merely discussing the storm. so sit the fuck down sincerely, fuck you
There's about a foot and a half of snow on the ground here in the Tulsa area (Northeast Oklahoma), and the snow is still going strong.
I'm in Northern Illinois (about an hour and a half north of Chicago. I could walk to Wisconsin if I wanted). It's snowing like hell here, but supposedly the worst is still yet to come. So glad I don't work tomorrow. :ohdear:
I live in Long Island, New York. The weather men said we'll be getting this storm. :saddowns:
Hey Mother Nature, bring some snow for NYC plz....could use a day off from work
Fuck I need boots. If I cant get boots in time I'll just wrap plastic bags around my shoes.
Kansas here; even KU closed due to the blizzard.
We got our High school canceled tomorrow because it was going to be a low of 14 Fahrenheit and possibly icy in Northern Texas, wow. I guess I find it weird, having lived in Michigan and Wisconsin for half my life.
Hah that's hilarious. Up here its dropped to at least -24ish Fahrenheit and we still have school.
Waiting on Virginia.
None so far :( Lame, I want more snow. Fucking mountains getting in the way.
10 more inches expected here in Illinois. AKA a metric fuck ton.
Here near Cincinnati a bit north of...we're getting ICE. Anywhere from .25 to 1 inch of ICE depending on how North you are. Ice=trees and powerlines down...worse than just snow.
woot illinois represent, just outside of chicago
Sweet, school got dismissed early in my part of Indiana cause of the storm.
How the fuck can I live in the god damn mountains and then only get some shitty ice on the road? Bullshit I say. Where's my one foot!
Its 52°F over here in West Virginia. The storm COMPLETELY missed us.
Update, Tulsa Oklahoma now has 15 inches of snow. I have an absolutely massive yard, and in some areas where little snow "dunes" have formed, it's up to 3 feet. This breaks Oklahoma's previous record of 12.9 inches in the 1980's. Looking out the window right now and we're still experiencing blizzard like conditions. We could get up to 25 inches, which is amazing. Our local Hard Rock hotel/casino had it's ceiling collapse a few hours ago from the weight of the snow. Very exciting weather. :EDIT: I'll upload a high resolution picture of my backyard if anyone's interested.
First there was the Snowpocalypse. But we survived. Now comes. The Snowlocaust
It's bad. You can hardly see 50 feet in front of you.
No snow in PA.
Got a powder coating last night, Superintendent Arlene Ackerman is trying so hard to get us to go to school when half the roads haven't been cleared yet and the other half are icy. My friend saw 3 car accidents on a drive to school maybe less than a mile.
Snapped a few pictures. It's hard to get a good grip on how much snow there really is until you step into it and it goes up to your knees, though. And I'm 6 foot 1. Warning, very large pictures.
