I never responded because you think that you can agree with someone who says that without accepting any responsibility for the opinion you obviously hold. You didn't say those exact words but you've been constantly agreeing with multiple others who have in this thread.
so, as I said, you can't actually find any evidence I hate americans or america, so you're saying that I align with people that do hate america because I hold an anti-gun stance?
you can't find a single post that backs up your claim can you.
'you foreigners'
noticing a theme here
You mean that people who dont live in the United States are trying to tell us how evil guns are and we should throw the evil icky guns away before they corrupt us?
I dont even own a gun and i think this is ridiculous.
Yes???
No???????????????????????? How are you gonna sit there and tell me what my reasons for owning guns are? Lmfao
And once again the most hilarious portion of SH comes out of the woodwork. The ignorant anti-gunners.
America: Guns are not bad >:C
Everyone else: Guns are bad >:C
We've seen this in literally every thread about shootings. It goes nowhere.
Could you not?
You mean that people who dont live in the United States are trying to tell us how evil guns are and we should throw the evil icky guns away before they corrupt us?

are you seeing a trend here, people?
Everyone else: Guns are bad >:C
Speak for yourself, Mrs Lovejoy.
a complete gun ban would be a logistical nightmare and also would cause revolution too
And be impossible. It's too late for this country to go that route, in all honesty
'you foreigners'
noticing a theme here
The only theme you're noticing is it's foreigners to my country trying to say how my country and countrymen should act.
I'm noticing a theme here too.
where did i make a post deriding an american because he was american

always find it funny that the same people that say it would be infeasible to ban guns are the same people saying that mental healthcare should have some sort of blanket immediate improvement around the entire country as if thats somehow more achievable
Now if you say "Well I never said America or American" you can stick it, because we all know what you mean.
You mean that people who dont live in the United States are trying to tell us how evil guns are and we should throw the evil icky guns away before they corrupt us?

no i mean that it's a frequent defence of firearms to paint one side as foreigners and non-americans desperate to take your guns away
and considering several posts in here have basically revolved around "you guys aren't from america", it's being used here too
are you seeing a trend here, people?
I thought you left because of crazy paranoids.
[sp]Pot meet Kettle[/sp]
a complete gun ban would be a logistical nightmare and also would cause revolution too
Yeah.
It's a much better idea to implement this nebulous idea of improved mental health care that is supposed to act like precogs and that we never really give a damn about implementing except for about a week after a brutal killing.
I would like to see improved mental health care, but a lot of pro gun advocates here are just using it as something to blame.
Speak for yourself, Mrs Lovejoy.
Don't take a silly generalization so seriously, not all of America is for guns either.
I hope he survives so we can find out what the hell went wrong with him
Same. Him being that close to death should already have spooked him.
But now he actually has a chance because Twitter burned down the evidence and now his lawyer and the jury can use "where's the beef" since it's not publicly visible.
I wanna empty post this but, here you have it guys! this is what I mean by paranoid, overzealous Americans. here's a prime specimen. this is EXACTLY what I meant.
Your self-awareness is at an all time low it seems.
So a news article about gun violence isn't a place to debate guns, their use and ability to be obtained by pretty much everyone ? Wow, aren't you thick.
Pretty sure your psychotic neighbor wouldn't care if he had to bludgeon you to death with a brick, or stab you a hundred times with an ice pick instead of shooting you. Banning guns is like banning video games, all you're doing is changing a detail by adding a restriction, you aren't in any way fixing the problem. We should focus on and hammer down on mental health before we start tackling things that many Americans are in possession of, and that you won't be able to rip from their hands without a fight. It's like we want more people to die in the process of pretending to fix the problem, rather than actually fixing it.
Basically, if you look to guns as the big problem before mental health your priorities are in the wrong order.
It's impossible to ban guns in the United States, as I mentioned on another thread, registering guns in the US is damn near impossible. Over 300 million firearms in the US. Close to 100 million gun owners.
So nothing should be done about it?
That's like saying there are too many cars and at this point trying to stop emissions is pointless and there is no point in trying or doing anything. Nothing should ever be done?
Where is the logic in that?
Fun fact: with that attitude, you're right. This will never be solved and more and more guns will pile in - and guess what? Your gun problem becomes a whole lot bigger.
I thought you left because of crazy paranoids.

I am actually I just want to point out the crazy paranoids, which oddly enough, seem to also be the most fervent of gun owners! weird!

Well he's right, most people spouting bollocks are people holding their chin up in the air, looking down at the "americans and their silly guns", pretending they know what they're talking about. Like Canary.
Does anyone have a "censored" video everyone seems to regret watching it so Id rather watch a censored one, curious as to how they reacted when they cut away from the camera.
Yeah.
It's a much better idea to implement this nebulous idea of improved mental health care that is supposed to act like fucking precogs and that we never really give a damn about implementing except for about a week after a brutal killing.
Which of the people posting in this thread atm do you think is responsible for drafting and implementing laws? I'll answer for you - nobody. All of us are concerned with how easy it is for maniacs to get their hands on guns. But we draw the line at total confiscation. There are ways to minimize these incidents but legislators take an all or nothing approach to the problem because our system is so horrendously broken.

How are the people defending gun rights paranoid when you guys are saying they'll randomly snap and go on killing sprees because they own firearms.
You cant possibly be this dense.

there's that nebulous 'mental care' point again
and no this is utterly incomparable to video games, because the argument about video games was that they caused people to commit crime, not that they were actually utilized to kill people
bro.
you live in a country where one deranged psycho walked into a kindergarden and shot up 20 kids. and these events happen regularly.
Oh yeah, real fucking regularly.
Yeah he uploaded the videos to his twitter feed before it was suspended.
I actually didn't say that, it was Canary lol.

all foreigners are not allowed to have opinions here because of one guy in the thread quite obviously trolling
"you're foreigners" is not a defence.
Just saw the video from shooters perspective. It's fucked up.

Then who the fuck are you calling paranoid then?
