Honestly the Republicans are really fucked
Trump savaged their reputation, they put all their weight behind Moore only to be humiliated, their absolute failure for so long to repeal obamacare humiliated them, their tax plan humiliated them, and now if they actually get net neutrality killed then that will blowback hard in their face because people will hate. it.
They've done some depraved shit to try to get the power they now have but it's all temporary because democrats and moderates that are just decent people are more fired up and ready to fight for decency than ever
my dad would have celebrated Roy Morris's defeat
he hated him so much
I'm so sorry about your dad, and I hope this helps
The Democrats could now plausibly take both houses of Congress in 2018

I just finally worked up the nerve to check the results and...holy shit.
This is fantastic. Thank you, Alabama. Well done.
Cory Gardner says Jones should vote republican because his state is republican.
Thats not how that works guys, maybe if you work with democrats instead of ignoring them you might get stuff done in a bipartisan fashion

At this point, I think it's fine to ignore bipartisan-ship until we get this ship back on god damn course. It's obvious, given who's been at the helm the last year, that the only shit that's going to get done if they're allowed to run amok is shit that breaks the nation.
Republicans need better representation, yes, but that doesn't mean we have to entertain who is in the senate now.
where?
Cnn's live page
This race was very close and at some points were dead even.
Don't let anyone say your vote doesn't matter.
Mother fucker Roy Moore's event IS playing the Toyota-thon music holy fucking lol.
Gardner: "You know, Alabama's a republican state. Yes, sure, you as a Democrat won it but let's be clear: It's a republican state. So serve your state, god damn it."

"represent Alabama by choosing to vote with the Senate Republican Majority."

They don't have much wiggle room now. They might but I am so not holding my breath.
You can hear the defeat in the voices that are singing.
