then we can live to see the end of the wooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrlddddddddddddddd
I'd do it.
or better yet, a bomb, MAJOR KONG style.
I'd do it if it took away pain. but most older people are in pain 24/7, imagine being 200 and living in immense pain
And I was just going to see Surrogates too :/
Even if this actually came to be, Death is a better alternative to the huge ass bills you'll be collecting And besides, we can't have the same RICH people running the country indefinitely now, can we
cool!!! ^^
I'd say seeing the world end would be a bonus. Just like living a movie except instead of the credits rolling at the end, you die.
I don't want to live forever. :suicide:
So, see how shit turns out in the next 500 years, and then accidentally crash your spaceship.
the amerikan body can not last long , the immense pressure put on the bones from the fat causes them to crush gradually over time
the amerikan body can not last long , the immense pressure put on the bones from the fat causes them to crush gradually over time
:ussr:
:O Virtual sex
Immortality? Big deal... Id be ok with super reflexes and enhanced strength....
Expected Badage Boys.
smoke weed if you want immortality
Expected Badage Boys.
You expect Badage boys everywhere broseph. Not that it's a bad thing because Badage Boys kick ass and take names.
the amerikan body can not last long , the immense pressure put on the bones from the fat causes them to crush gradually over time
because there are absolutely no fat Germans in all of Germany, Germans are perfect beings.
because there are absolutely no fat Germans in all of Germany, Germans are perfect beings.
Ze Ubermensch!
If this actually worked, would we not still have the same mental state, just a new body. Effectively your brain would age still right? Unless they start doing personality transplants, that'd be awesome.
Humans were meant to live and die. Otherwise we would still have hitler running around. No thanks
I would like to live forever, death has been a great fear of mine
In the end, nature always wins.
Or we could just play video games. [editline]07:12PM[/editline]
I would like to live forever, death has been a great fear of mine
Pussy, take your diseases like a MAN! I :ese: my diseases in the FACE with antibodies. They'll think twice before invading my PURE MANLYNESS!!!
Humans were meant to live and die. Otherwise we would still have hitler running around. No thanks
It's funny because hitler killed himself
You know this is the same as what they said about flying cars and moon bases in the 1980's and we still don't have those.
i think you have the 1980's mixed with the 1960's. when they predicted that in the mid 80's we'd have those things because of the "advancements" between the late 1800s and the early 1960s. and really, this is actually very realistic in modern times, because we actually are perfecting nanotechnology. we can already basically put cameras in your eyes and have a screen in there (crappy 3x3 dot matrix, black and white, albeit, but they're working on it), and there are contact lenses in production that will provide you with a sort of heads up display. there are fully mechanical hearts which are INSIDE the body. all of this is within the past 10-15 years or so. then there are the advancements in consumer electronics, look at the development of the huge bricks called cellphones in the 80's, and the little tiny things (by comparison) we call cell phones today. then look at the TV and display differences. computer technology improvements. just about everything electronic has had a major breakthrough in the last 10 years, and it all just keeps getting much better and much smaller at a much faster rate than they did between the 60s and the late 80s. then, they made their basis solely on things like sputnik and the moon landing, without consideration of cost and knowledge, also with the mass influence of science fiction (i mean come on in the late 1930s people thought War of the Worlds was really happening, and it was a novel that had been around for 40 years already, with voice actors who were very well known, average people were just stupid back then compared to today)
That sounds a little ridiculous.
Imagine for a moment it's 1989, you hear about a game called Crysis that has damn near photorealistic graphics in a realtime environment. Sounds a little ridiculous right? [editline]03:53PM[/editline]
Or we could just play video games. [editline]07:12PM[/editline] Pussy, take your diseases like a MAN! I :ese: my diseases in the FACE with antibodies. I would do it. I want to see what will happen in the next few hounded years.
They deteriorate because they are meant to deteriorate. Besides, most cells in the body are ones that can be regenerated.
they deteriorate because they're eroded and if they're constantly being renewed/replaced by nanite-constructed cells there won't be a problem [editline]06:06PM[/editline]
Oh god, imagine furries having this.
it already exists and no amount of bitching will make it go away :v:
I want to die when im 70, otherwise i'd get bored.
I want to die when im 70, otherwise i'd get bored.
i don't know, being young and strong eternally due to nanites sounds fun to me.
If they get this, I hope they get ships ready to colonize Mars. Otherwise, get ready for overpopulation.
