Marijuana for medical use is way different from recreational use. When going through kimo therapy you need good stuff. When it's being sold for recreational the FDA will control the amount of THC in it like they do alcohol
No, it's not. It's literally the exact same thing.
Not to mention the FDA is a federal organization and the federal government still defines marijuana as a schedule I drug with no approved medical use.
I wouldn't get too excited, it's still against Federal Law and if the DEA really wants to they can still come after you.
It's against federal law to pirate licensed media, but are they suiting up and knocking down front doors? The DEA probably won't be coming after weed smokers.

So someone suffering from chronic pain who uses medicinal marijuana uses it for same reason as a 14 year old stoner?
So someone suffering from chronic pain who uses medicinal marijuana uses it for same reason as a 14 year old stoner?
It's the same marijuana, yes. Certain strains have higher CBD or CBN content, which are more effective for pain, but they all get you "high" and can be used recreationally.

I'm not saying they use it for the same reason, but it's the same drug.

And how do you suppose they would accomplish that feat?
So someone suffering from chronic pain who uses medicinal marijuana uses it for same reason as a 14 year old stoner?
It's the same weed with the same effects. One person just has severely fucked up lymph nodes that is alleviated from the very same strain that Tony the random 21 yr old is smoking to just relax. You're arguing moral bullshit or something. Honestly what are you trying to prove? There isn't going to be an enflux of bad weed if that's what you're saying. No one wants bad weed and the industry knows that.
No longer must I microwave my balls in order to get weed.

Science and more science.

IMO there's lots of other reasons to use weed.
It pretty much gives anyone, everyone, regardless of how dire or deep their predicament at most, a chance to blow their minds and look at things from a fresh perspective. At the least it's great for just relaxing, lowering the blood pressure, alleviating stress to a high degree.

25 percent.

Revolutionary Japanese therapy.
Can anyone fill me in why Americans need to put this in the constitution though?
"Freedom of choice, freedom of opinion, freedom of press, freedom of getting stoned..."

also hey progress

Each state has their own constitution, but also obeys the constitution set by the United States.
Now I guess there's going to be a massive shift in population when all the stoners move to Colorado.

I mean, why not make it a regular law?
I mean, why not make it a regular law?
I would imagine it's to keep it there, and to ensure that the only way it can be truly challenged is by taking it to the state's Supreme Court or the Supreme Court of the United States.
Any one think that Washington and Colorado will do the same thing as Amsterdam? So that if you're not living in the state you can't purchase marijuana?

Amsterdam got rid of that, and Colorado/Washington won't deny money from taxes.
