A much more peaceful and safer world.
You know the only reason something like this backfires on humans is that it makes for a good movie/book/TV show. so people should relax, real scientists aren't rock stupid. they will check and double check so they catch any problems way before the have a fully functioning prototype, let alone an army of these things.
and who knows, we could discover a way for to humans live forever in the process.
It would be all good... if we werent humans. All of this wonderful, beautiful science could be used
to make a better life for all of us but it WONT. Some suit wearing faggots are going to use it just because
they want more... god...
Holy shit, Blade Runner anyone?

That was my first thought... but I was always hoping they'd invent those lightsaber umbrellas before this.
There's no way in hell this is remotely possible yet.
So many films come to mind that involve mankind's demise at the hands of their own creations. Kind of scary to think that if this takes off those films' scenarios could be a possible reality. I could also eventually see some damn people rallying to support these creatures and give them rights.

Count me out.:suicide:
Sounds like total chutzpah.
But we allready have spray-on glass, I mean it's a small step from spray-on glass to synthetic life-forms!
