Ridge is a fucking idiot. The Cuban missile crisis was about the USSR covertly placing nuclear missiles and aircraft in Cuba covertly.
What Iran is doing here is offering to send a ship or two full of workers. If you honestly thing they're going to reach the Gulf and make a sudden detour towards Miami where they will detonate the nuclear bombs in their hulls while screaming ALLAHU ACKBAR you're dumb. Really dumb.
And about those nukes you say they have:
"In March 2005, the New York Times reported that a bipartisan Congressional inquiry concluded that the United States had inadequate intelligence to reach any conclusions on the state of Iran's nuclear program.[362] In March 2009, the US Director of National Intelligence and Defense Intelligence Agency Director both testified before Congress that Iran did not have highly enriched uranium for bomb-making and had not made the decision to produce any, and also that Iran's missile program was not related to its nuclear program.[363]"

Fuck off and die or read a book. Your choice.
To be fair, it's pretty obvious that Iran knew the US would decline their offer, and only did this to make the US seem like pricks.
To be fair, it's pretty obvious that Iran knew the US would decline their offer, and only did this to make the US seem like pricks.
Exactly what I was about to say.

lol okay.
From your article: "The inspectors reported Monday that Iran has now produced over 5,300 pounds of low-enriched uranium, all of which would have to undergo further enrichment before it could be converted to bomb fuel."
And from wikipedia: "Low-enriched uranium' (LEU) has a lower than 20% concentration of 235U. For use in commercial light water reactors (LWR), the most prevalent power reactors in the world, uranium is enriched to 3 to 5% 235U. Fresh LEU used in research reactors is usually enriched 12% to 19.75% U-235, the latter concentration being used to replace HEU fuels when converting to LEU."
To be fair, it's pretty obvious that Iran knew the US would decline their offer, and only did this to make the US seem like pricks.
Then why the fuck won't they take it?

I'm still not taking sides, but what you say still is possible, I can't number how possible, but still a factor, even if minuscule to titanic.

So you agree they could be lying about wanting to help the US, and instead just want to bring their threat closer to us?

What does this even have to do with accepting their help?
They do no have the technology required for nuclear bombs. Even if they did, I'm pretty sure the US will watch the boats.
Stop being so :tinfoil:.
If they accept then maybe iran and Us can be peaceful.

I didn't say that, fuck off. If you read my initial post you would realize how fucking ridiculous you are for saying that Iran wants to bring weapons closer to the United States under the guise of aid with the gulf spill. You're a paranoid little fuck; go back to the cold war.
Iran is only trying to play political games, just like North Korea. They don't intend on aggression, only messing with the rest of the world. Even if the US accepted their help, they wouldn't send it. Iran knows that it won't be accepted, so they offered it.
I am a conservative, just to throw that out there, and the people who say IRAN WILL BOMB :downs: are idiots.
Its amazing how all of you form an opinion, and when I blow it to smithereens, suddenly you were saying a different opinion, not that one. You guys are seriously hard-headed.

You're the one that thinks that Iranian aid workers are going to nuke the US if we accept their help.
It's generous of Iran to offer support, but because America won't accept it doesn't mean it's necessarily bad.
I'm not the one who said absolute shit. Stop putting words in my quotes.
Nor have I changed my position on the subject. I've stuck to it since I first posted in this thread.

You're right. FedEx doesn't operate in the middle east. But Iran still has missiles capable of reaching Israel with ease, and no doubt they could accept the payload of a bomb.

Both countries are pricks. But Israel is fighting for it's survival, while Iran is fighting to blow Israel off the face of the map because they aren't muslim. I've spent a lot of time reading up on this topic, which is why sometimes it takes me a while to post. I'm doing research. I'm not making my feelings facts.
All of your evidence isn't evidence. You haven't found a single piece of evidence that says Iran wants to move nuclear weapons closer to the US through aid workers.

Okay I'm sorry sir, but you are not going to be able to launch a nuke, or even detonate one from two(most likely) cargo ships. Not only that but if there is even the slight hint of any type of weaponry aboard those ships, they'd be instantly fucked.
Also, I'm pretty sure that a bunch of aid workers aren't going to be trusted with the Activation codes to a nuclear weapon. Good day sir.
We should accept, and I wish that Iran eventually reveals that they had nukes all along and that they were just trying to peacefully get fuel.

Hey Stupid, Fox and Wikipedia doesn't count as research.
Iran's not a dumb country and it's impossible for them to even remotely have a nuclear bomb or something that could even reproduce the output of an atom bomb to put on a relief ship. Even the most uneducated, convoluted, morally-deprived dictator or ruler would know that if you pull of a 'lolihadanukehiddeninacargoship' that'll just give the UN enough reason to bomb and take out Iran's government.
Wikipedia does count as research because all of its claims are cited, and if they aren't, it's noted as such.
Yeah what are they going to do, cap the oil with the power of Islam?

From one of your sources...
The inspectors reported that Iran had expanded work at its sprawling Natanz site in the desert, where it is raising the level of uranium enrichment up to 20 percent — the level needed for the Tehran Research Reactor, which produces medical isotopes for cancer patients...
Until recently, all of Iran’s uranium had been enriched to only 4 percent, the level needed to run nuclear power reactors. While increasing that to 20 percent purity does not allow Iran to build a weapon, it gets the country closer to that goal...
The inspectors also noted that the agency had finally succeeded in setting up a good monitoring system for the 20 percent work after a rocky start in February, when Iran began raising the enrichment levels. “A new safeguards approach is now being implemented,” the report said.
