I agree with Rachel Maddow, but she's probably not the right person to report that being that she uses an outlet for her opinions. One thing I missed about Keith Olbermann was that he was honest about his segment being opinion based.
Rachel is pretty honest about that too.

did you watch that video yet glaber?
It seems like every time I try to form a chain for a point, someone just posts as if they didn't follow the conversation.
Not yet, I need the sound and I won't be on my home computer until tomorrow after 6. The Laptop I'm on lost it's sound ability when I took it to Geek Squad.
Unless the video has captions.
You could use audio transcribe but I would wait until you have sound.
No wonder the democrat party is represented by the Donkey. It seems like every time I try to form a chain for a point, someone just posts as if they didn't follow the conversation.
Let me sum it up.
He's a guy at a Tea Party Rally
With a Gun
MSNBC Doesn't like the Tea Party Movement
MSNBC gets the video of the Guy with the gun at the rally
MSNBC Realize he's black and doesn't match their rhetoric about the Tea Party Movement
The Rhetoric is that the Tea Party Movement is full of Bitter Racist White males
MSNBC Edits the video by digitally zooming in and including a clip of another person with a similar color shirt to directly follow the edited footage
MSNBC Runs the Edited footage and talks about Racist white people with guns (MSNBC's video [with slight editing by News Busters: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYKQJ4-N7LI& )
CNN Runs the video they get.
CNN's video is not zoomed in. (CNN's Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=KfN7woo2xRY)
Fox has the same video as CNN
Fox also Aquires a recording of MSNBC's Coverage of the Rally
Fox's show "Red Eye" Exposes MSNBC for trying to make it sound like the (Red eye: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Jwg-f3dqN4&feature)
If you need an unedited video from MSNBC, that's going to have to wait a bit. My laptop doesn't have sound.
Special note, the Youtube videos used have a caption option.
That's all fine and dandy except you missed the part where I've been fucking with you the entire time.
I'm going to leave this here, Glaber. You can continue to argue with us all you want, but I want to to contemplate to yourself for a little bit.

Human beings in general are so naive and stupid. Oh and we're huge assholes who don't respect life.
Those are only two reasons for why we as a species will die. We've had our chances, but evil rules in this world.
That give up we are fucked attitude is just what we need to get out of the mess we are in.
Glaber would rather take the word of a station that isn't even considered a news station as news, and discredit the rest.
You're an idiot.

Ignorance begets confidence, as they say.

That's why the republicans always seem to have so much balls.

Tarp- Go figure, the current President getting blamed for the previous president's actions. Of course, it didn't help that the Current President was on a spending binge, so it was more likely for people to attribute the auto bailout to Obama. Of course, didn't Obama do a Bailout of his own too? (I thought Tarp was for the Banks)
stimulus package- According to the article
A survey of economist from The Wall Street Journal found that the stimulus had a "net positive effect" on growth.
but what was that growth? People argue against the growth because what they were seeing in their areas was people loosing their jobs, plus it was never defined what a saved job was.
Health Care Law/Obamacare- the CBO numbers was based on it having the individual mandate fund it. Without it, the "savings" are gone. Obama's proposed budget would probably undo the savings anyway.
Economy status- This is due to people observing their local area and/or getting fired themselves. Gas prices are also playing a factor as when that goes up, the cost to transport goods goes up.
Stimulus, Tax cuts?- my guess as to why people didn't know there were tax cuts in the stimulus was due to all the spending that overshadowed them. It doesn't help that all the spending, if it did any real stimulus, barely helped if at all.
Taxes- Again I believe this has to do with Obama's spending and 90% not double checking their taxes from the previous years. Though in some cases, some peoples' taxes may have gone up.
Afghanistan- I believe that this may have something to do with mainly hearing about Iraq and the pull out dates (Why does the President announce those publicly anyway?)

Melodramatic much?
We all know that dumping taxes on them isn't the best solution. But we've argued this and people think a flat or regressive tax works where it clearly doesn't for a government that actually has to do something. They do need much higher taxes to help support the economy. Society has allowed that person to have their opulence, without us, you would be nowhere. Therefore, you owe society, you pay that in taxes which should go to funding everything that helps the average person along. Ideally.
I agreed with you up to here. Yes, sometimes people use "society" to obtain their wealth. But many times it is the hard work, ingenuity, and perseverance of people that allow them to excel. And many people in "society" do nothing for anybody yet they still reap the benefits.

The point is that a flat tax simply will not work.

I know. I think that the rich should be taxed much higher than everyone else. However, don't act like they owe something to everyone else.

Doesn't matter how fucking awesome you are, everyone is nothing without everyone else. Try going to the desert and being ingenious and smart enough to actually thrive BY YOURSELF out there. You can't. You can thrive here. Because we're here. Without us, there'd be no you.
3 billion cut to the EPA?
You did good Obama, you're alright after all.
It's a step in the right direction.
In the face of criticism from Democrats that the cuts are too far-reaching and ideologically driven, Republicans say Democrats have offered no credible plan of their own.
Pot kettle black etc.
