I dislike Justin Bieber because he seems like a genuine dick.
Every bad tween idol stereotype rolled into one.
He did a guest shot on CSIor something; everyone on set said they were glad to be rid of him, since he apparently acted like a spoiled brat the entire shoot, hasseling everyone.
He was almost ejected from a flight for being a dick to the staff (he was actually told "if he was going to act like a child, he would be treated like one").

There's other tween idols whose work I don't care for (One Direction, Jonas Brothers, etc.), but I don't dislike them as people.
Justin Bieber just comes off like an entitled ass every time he opens his mouth.
But that's just me, I'm sure there's more than a few people who dislike him just because "LOL BEAVER SHE IZ STUPID."

But "LOL, UR JUST JELLY OF HIS TALENT AND MONEY, JB IS A STRONG INDEPENDENT ARTIST WHO DON'T NEED NO MAN" isn't really a reasonable defense (not saying you're doing this, but the majority of Bieber defenders I've seen fall into this category).
