Regardless, he's right.
And Jesus was born in March, from what they've been able to figure out.
I live in Corpus Christi and I went there. And I'm an atheist. Huge fucking turn out over free shit.
gj church.. instead of helping the poor and homeless people you give out a bunch of prizes to mostly rich white conservatives.

So it'd be ok if they didn't give to the poor and instead gave to rich black liberals?

Boy, you best be trolling.
This is an E36 BMW 3 series, the same kind they were giving out:

This is a comparable Buick from the same era:

Which would you choose?
Do they really think the newcomers after getting prizes, are going to coming back?
Uh, wow. I'm just wondering, how the hell did they get the money to do this? I suppose if the church states you need to give 10% of your income to the church.....

Not explicitly, but tithing is definitely encouraged.
A lot of the stuff was donated, too.
Ha ha it's like Oprah except their shit ain't new and it's funded by GOD
brb, going to Texas and pretending to be religious.

This is a sign you might be retarded.
I would give anything if the people attending got a lecture about morality rather than a bunch of prizes. They should be donating 2 million dollars at this event, not wasting it on expensive junk.

I own one. Love it.
First car, cheap too. Only had 114,000km on it.
What did you get?
I got jack shit. I got a bunch of shitty coupons, that's about it after sitting around for an hour, then another 40 minutes to get out of traffic in the parking lot.
Easter actually has a religious meaning, it kind of makes me sad that people would believe in Jesus and think that telling your kids about the Easter bunny is acceptable.
Jesus would be pleased to see his adherents being lured by material goods.
There's been a marked increase in Church attendance this year, sir.
I went to a church that gave stuff out and realized it was a horrible church.
Wait, in what fucked-up place do your taxes support the church?
In germany there are a lot of charity projects for old people. They are well funded by curch taxes, and to be honest, I feel comfortable with paying church taxes for a good cause.
But paying church taxes so some people who went into church once in their life can get a free car? No thanks!
I'd immediately demand a refund of all my church taxes.
this is a good church
wait how did they get all that money

They aren't handing out $2 million, they're handing out $2 million worth of goods. Most of that was probably donated by regular church goers.
