I'm not sure it's correct given that it still has a fair amount of gibberish. such as, "A Latenight-PRPPIT Times Latenight YPPIY." It did bring something to my attention, however. 8th line on P1 last 'word' within the parenthesis is probably INC. At first I thought it might have ended with a G or Q, but it now it looks like the C was partially impacted by the parenthesis.
I had it as INC, what is odd though is that in some placed WLD (which we know to be repeated) looks like INC D where W looks like an IN and his C's sometimes are indistinguishable from L's. His handwriting could be better :/ [editline]1st April 2011[/editline] OK, a little more on my hypothesis. There isn't any evidence to suggest he was involved with illegal drugs, but there is at least for use of medication: "He was last seen alive late in the afternoon of June 25 at Forest Park Hospital in St. Louis, the former Deaconess Hospital, where he was receiving medication from his doctor." http://images.medscape.com/pi/features/drugdirectory/octupdate/DRR01940.jpg (Fexofenadine) In the 1990's Fexofenadine was developed as an alternative to Terfenadine due to the risk of cardiac arrhythmia. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fexofenadine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terfenadine) "McCormick, who was identified by his fingerprints, suffered from chronic heart and lung problems"
Who are you and what have you done with my facepunch.
I am terribly addicted to reading this thread, please continue.
Ok, the Airports I've mentioned mapped (well some of them at least batchgeo isn't as good as it could be) http://batchgeo.com/map/7f3657758163ec8c93e13ab856585b33
I think the 2nd line of P1 starts with TFRNE. The previous character looks like a mistake considering he was writing with a pen. I'm not sure what to make of the 8th character on the first line within the parenthesis (same page). It looks like a combination of M and A.. it could be either or an entirely unique symbol. 4th line of P1.. regarding 'AL-PRPPIT'. As far as I can tell it's the only instance where he wrote 'I' like that.. all other instances appear to be different. The way he writes it in 'INC' looks closer to his numbers such as in '71'. Perhaps it's not INC, but rather 1NC?

Possibly a MIRROR writing? Or a WORD FIND message eliminating letters may leave real message? Backwards/forewards/horizontally/zig zag/up/down/ every other letter/every two letters/ ok could someone put the notes into BLOCK letters and form a Word Search type image? All block letters? then place as in a block ? I typed in this part to web search (194 WLD'S NCBE) (7RFXL) please do this also see what you get in your search . also of course you may be directed here [ as i am and I am looking foreward to analyzing with you all ] I got a search with The NEW World Order see whay you get with it... it had that on it in a HACKER forum? I do not like to click on unknown links so I did not check it out at the site... it has that there are 194 countries and that is all I read....about it. So let's say he was a person interested in following the NWO movement? That includes BIBLE prophecies & some folks are really devout on that stuff...and he may have been a follower? So the abbreviations may stand for anything on the subject? If not entire message he has copied from someplace? I also thought perhaps this may be his ALPAHABET source? My first post & time here so? I did not put pics of the items listed that were in use in 1999 Keyboard [ typewriter alpabet order] Phone [ each number has letters ] Pager[ did he have one?] Cell phone { again did he have one?] Memo pocket device with a calculator] calculator[ numbers] I was thinking, that maybe had a device with him all the time so he could look at it and write whatever the heck that is he wrote? But as I have read here and elsewhere, the person or persons who killed him may have stuffed those into his pocket? where is the proof that he wrote them? we have no clue as to his past usage of those symbols and codes. So? well all of you so far have made researching this subject amusing.... So far the color highlighting of letter and the obvious grouping & the repeating of his letters some of you have highlighted is pretty interesting now to eliminate some letters which are not vowels or are vowels? My head was spinning.... so I had to stop trying to figure it out.... well surely with everyone trying to solve this mystery it will be solved by well? A million years from now? [editline]2nd April 2011[/editline]
Blue= E Green= S to the left of E Red= WLD Orange= NCB Yellow= numbers (Don't think I got all of them) could you or someone? make the letters into BLOCK letters? Then line them up like in a word find type format? I can't understand all the letters.... the notes after I turned it upside down the e that looks like a 3 and a s that looks like a 5 was on there and a L looked like a 7. That is from the upside down view. I did not notice anything logical from the side to side views and I have not tried looking at it in a mirror yet.... the keyboard on a typewriter or computer is in a different order than a typical alphabet is. I was thinking maybe he subbed the letters from a computer keyboard order? Or from a phone[ numbers have letters grouped with them] sure is a mystery... [img_thumb]http://i679.photobucket.com/albums/vv153/l33tkill101/patterns.jpg[/img_thumb] I'm seeing a lot of patterns here. Tell me if I missed any... The body had been dumped along a rural road off U.S. 67 on note #2? do these numbers of routes seem to be directions/ Time to meet them? date? I do think those are a series of directions & dates.. does anyone know if this guy drove?
Just wanted to state that the WLD in the last sentence is different its 'WLD's' making a noun of some sort? that comes right after 194 or whatever it is. Maybe a place, (194)-Street number, WLD's House. maybe? Edit: WLD is also always bundled with NCBE (not quite) ( M N D M V N E A R S E – N – S T A – W N A R E ) ( A C S M ) T F R N E N P I N S E N P B S E R C B B N S E N P R S E I N C P R S E N R S E O P R E H L D W L D N C B E C ( T F X L E T C X L N C B E ) A L – P R P P I T X L Y P P I Y N C B E M G K S E W L D R C B R N S E P R S E W L D R B R N S E N T S G N E N T X S E – C R S L E – C T T R S E W L D N C B E A L W L D N C B E T G M E L B S E R L S E U R G L S N E A S N W L D N C B E ( N O P F S E N L S R E N C B E ) N T E G D D M N S E N C U R E R C B R N E ( T E N E T F R N E N C B R T S E N C B E I N G ) ( F L R S E P R S E O N D E 71 N C B E ) ( C D N S E P R S E O N S E 74 N C B E ) ( P R T S E P R S E O N R E D E 75 N C B E ) ( T F N B C M S P S O L E M R D E L U S E T O T E W L D N W L D N C B E ) (194 WLD’S N C B E ) ( T R F X L )
could you put the other page on like this? It is easier to see letters. and pattern. Good JOB! [editline]2nd April 2011[/editline]
Also, If you start at the the page marked as P1 and take all the numbers, it gives you three telephone numbers. I haven't called them yet but i just put it all together, 171-747-5194, 662-363-5651, and 998-452-3212. If you write these down and write then numbers that they correspond to on a telephone dial pad there is some over lap. there are 5 separate areas on the second page. Then this might mean j=m, k=n, l=o. The number sequence may also tell you when to change the code or the number that the letters apear would change the code.....
The area codes for that area : 573,816,636,314,417 not familiar with what cell numbers were or nearby states?
This is amazing
I'm going to through these random thoughts out: 194 WLD’S N C B E --- His body was found on June 30, 1999. If he wrote this on June 21, 1999 then it was 194 day's until the year 2000. Maybe "194 WLD'S NCBE" = "194 DAY'S 2000". Maybe he was religious and believed some of the prophecies? Some of the 2300 year prophecies confused from the Book of Daniel and have the year 2000 being the end of times or something, not sure. Other religious number coincidences.... Pentecost sometimes falls on the 71st day of the year. If the Jews of the Exodus left the promised land on Pentecost, the 71st day, they were required to stay at the edge of the promised land 3 days, until the 74th day, and enter on the 75th day. Maybe he's thinking something will happen on the 71st, 74th and 75th days of the year 2000?
These lines stuck out to me for some reason: (FLR SEPRSEON DE 71 NCBE) (CDN SEPRSEON SDE 74 NCBE) (PRT SEPRSEON REDR 75 NCBE) I was thinking the first three letters could be acronyms for locations, FLR= Florida, Avon Park area, CDN= South Carolina, Woodward field, PRT= West Virginia, Morgantown, near the University SE in latin has to do with evil PRSEON could mean person and then the numbers could be years Maybe something to do with other murders, IDK just a thought
I just enjoy the fact that it says "arse".
What if the writer is Schizophrenia? Is that possible he was doing this in codes?
What if the writer is Schizophrenia? Is that possible he was doing this in codes?
I'm pretty sure the point of a coded message is to write it in code.
ok this may be nuts but I found NCBE to also be the National Center for Beef Excellence ( In Missouri). wasn't he murdered in Missouri?
thread has died? I bet the fbi's interest in the code died just as fast haha. 4chan probably has it solved already.
thread has died? I bet the fbi's interest in the code died just as fast haha. 4chan probably already has it solved.
Well, supposedly, it has already been solved, and if those solutions are wrong, there isn't much anyone can do without more information, which we aren't going to get.
If I ever commit a crime, I will make some bullshit encryption but make it look realistic, and it's just a bunch of shit.
Well, supposedly, it has already been solved, and if those solutions are wrong, there isn't much anyone can do without more information, which we aren't going to get.
Do you know what it said?
Post solved letter, if it has been.
"Congratulations, you cracked the most advanced code ever made. Please join the Stargate project"
I just decided the code. It says "Code".
oh boy this is still in page 1? i guess it's calming down now, the decryption boom was incredible, tho...

at the top right corner of 'P1' there are a couple symbols partially obscured. my guess is that it could be the symbol for tau before the first bracket. his pen appears to create the top portion of the first symbol and the first bracket in one motion then moves to write A after that, however, it looks like another bracket instead of C. Then S or 5 (i'm inclined to think S). Followed by m then closes with two brackets written in one motion. There appears to be another symbol partially obscured by the larger bracket that i would guess is a D or possibly an O. my interpretation of "(ACSM)" is that it may be "τ(A(Sm))D". as for what appear to be apostrophes near the bottom of the pages. they could also be the symbol for prime.
Hmm, Someone marked my list of airports on page 10 as Dumb, What has to be realised is that *All* of the 5 letter blocks the end in SE, the first 3 letters *ARE* airport codes and *ALL* of the 4 letter blocks that end in just E with no S before it *ARE* amtrak rail station codes. Because these code sets were designed so that they do not duplicate, the chances that no code from either set would appear with the other ending (SE or E) are really slim. Also with the map I posted of the airports that the codes match up to, the likelyhood of there being that few in North America and Europe are incredibly slim given that those are the most highly concentrated areas for airports.
