Two dozen partygoers. Am I the only one who expected more? Two dozen is really not that many whatsoever.
And technically your parents can vouch for you to have alcohol, though it probably wouldn't fly in Vegas.
State by state on that one. For instance, doesn't fly in Ohio, but is all good in the great state of Louisiana.
Yeah dont take that personally. THere just trying to protect themselves from the bigger idiots in this country.
Yeah, I figured as much. Probably business owners think 21 is bullshit as well and are just covering their asses to be sure.
But still, 21. Jesus. For me, I've been able to drink since I was 16 so I was really confused. It was even morning, I didn't expect it :v:
As a 20 year old who attends college at a party school I can relate to this. Luckily the police here are a little more lenient.
Also,

Just look at the pictures of the dude and the pics of his friends wearing shirts of his face without sunglasses, would you really want to party with people that edgy and hip?
He brought a kid's toy recorder and thinks he pulled a fast one on the reporter when he posted his lame "Plot twist" tweet. Too much edge for me.
What a waste of resources. Going after some kids having fun instead of real problems. They weren't even near anyone else, so no one was being bothered.
They weren't really going after 'just kids having fun' because they could've been 'just kids doing and selling meth' or 'just kids making an arms trade', how are they meant to know until they turn up

Hopefully the authorities can recapture him and return him to his natural habitat in a 90s sitcom.

I didn't watch the whole thing but is that some kind of extreme deadpan parody or is that real?
damn he looks like a stupidly over exaggerated saturday night live parody of himself
As a European, I suckled whisky from my mothers teet since I was born. But even before then I was contraceptisized when I, as a sperm, went into my mothers eggnog where I lay in Womb Vodka™ until I distilled into a real man-infant.
Sounds like a great place to host a birthday party with dozens of strangers; nothing can go wrong, nope.
Way to be a complete tool.
oh lord get a load of this guy
I bet you get invited to sooooo many parties
I haven't heard about someone trying to do these for awhile
Seriously when that Project X movie was out it was all you would fucking hear about

This is why I respect this guy's effort. Once it's all been done before so many times, how do you pull off something like this in a way that gets people to notice? He figured it out. That recorder bit, that's hilarious.

by that logic you might as well start sending the police to every party ever. i mean, they might be doing illegal things so it's better to check it out right??
The cops, once informed of an impending party like this, kind of have to something about it.
Imagine if they didn't, the party ran all night, and some teenager dies of alcohol poisoning or gets raped or there's a drunk driver from the party who later kills someone in a crash. Everyone will complain why didn't the cops do something.
He told the station he would only allow the interview if he could use his personal recorder during it. Gray can be seen holding what appears to be a toddler's toy.
it had two dozen people that's nothing
idk if you're being sarcastic but you can't just send the cops to every party because there's the possibility of something bad happening
If you are an adult, you should be treated as such, and should be allowed to enjoy the benefits of being an adult, such as safe consumption of popular and easily accessible drugs. There's no logic behind it, other than, "kids are dumb, give them alcohol and they'll fuck everything up." Which is for the most part kinda true, it's never as devastating or horrible as they make it out to be.

He was also on the Australian version of Big Brother, I remember that voice and hairstyle anywhere. He's basically the real life version of Tidus from FFX.
21 for alcohol what
Yup. I am 19. I can own a shotgun, but I cannot have alcohol. Priorities, man...

Can murder your lungs with cigarettes but don't you dare hurt that precious liver of yours.
Also, feel free to die in Iraq in a senseless war, but don't fucking drink you fucker.

It had two dozen when they shut it down. Who knows how many more people would have been there if they didn't shut it down.
Plus the cops won't show up at every party. There aren't enough cops for one thing. But a party that they think is going to be large, out of control, and underage? Yeah, they're probably going to crash that one.
Dumb fucking cops need to get their privilege checked.

Ooh man I hope that was a joke.

again, you shouldn't send the police to stuff like that based on assumptions. what if it didn't actually have any alcohol? you'd have wasted time and money because there was a possibility of something happening. and even if it did, it still sets a dangerous precedent.
