I don't see why everyone's so up tight about Iran. The population is really rather pro-west compared to the rest of the Middle East, the government is actually semi-friendly to us, and they seem developed enough and in control enough to have some sort of diplomacy and sense making. It's not Iraq or Afghanistan here, or hostile Syria.

If Iran launches anything at the U.S it would be nukes. If you are going to Mexico, and a nuclear attack was immanent it won't stop refuges from coming in, fallout, and/or nuclear winter. Even Mexico could even be a nuclear target, even if it's military is nothing compared to the U.S.
