what happens if he tries to masturbate when he gets older?

It'll end with a bang.

Lava semen?
Bullshit, no bacteria can produce that much methane from ingested food for an electro-static spark to ignite it. And how then it delivered to the surface of skin - you know, to catch fire?
With regard to the skin part, my great uncle's skin corrodes leather due to some medication he's on so I could see that part being at least semi-plausible.
Still likely bullshit though.

Well, maybe in terms of the texture of the skin. But actually delivering a combustible gas to your skin after eating?
It's all a conspiracy! The illuminati is burning babies to distract us from the real big news! Open your eyes you sheep!
Things are just getting weirder and weirder.
That kid is never going to be able to blow out the candles on birthday cakes.

He won't live that long if his parent's don't stop FUCKING LIGHTING THEIR BABY ON FIRE.

Autoerotic Incineration
Had no idea it was actually a "condition" up until now
Doesn't it being a condition and can be caused by "the slightest spark" contradict the idea that it is completely spontaneous?
So is spontaneous combustion a real thing now or what?
We don't know.
So is spontaneous combustion a real thing now or what?
Not been proven. A study done on various cases throughout the 300 or so years it's been reported on showed in almost all cases there was an external ignition source present, and the victim was usually drunk. It catches the public imagination, though, so people grope for any sort of proof of it.

Well to be completely fair, some parts of the internal liquids and gases (down to atomic level) can be delivered to the surface of the skin through sweat, but there won't be nearly enough to get ignited, even if some kind of stomach bacteria caused a heavy overproduction of methane (which will lead to poisoning and other heavy conditions, but let's pretend for some reason it doesn't). Maybe if he farts, maybe-maybe, but then again, you won't get sustained stream of gases on fire.
There's no rationalisation around that, it's pure bullshit.

You can be so drunk that there's actually enough alcohol to aid in combustion?
This sounds like a challenge
well since indians still believe rhino horn will heal all medical conditions im not too terribly supprised they'll write a report about a medical condition that isn't explained at all and just assume its a real condition
Which Indians in particular? Speaking as an Indian myself who was born in India, I've never even heard of something so retarded. Also your statement makes you look like a racist dumbass. Just saying.
